The appellate court paused its ruling from taking effect until Oct. 14, in order to give the Trump administration time to ask the Supreme Court to reverse the decision.

Imagine being the one and only example in all history of the US not frantically fellating something with ‘Mossad’ in its name.
Hey I'm just saying it's funny, if I was a middle eastern leader I'd name myself Sikh Ma'hill-Eyon Wa'has'nt-enoof too.

Well then show us where, or just say it again. If you've done it multiple times it shouldn't be hard.
Go search for it yourself, I'm not interested in a struggle session with a self hating American, esp one who refers to his shit talking America as his "magnum opus" then turns around with some bullshit about how he's suddenly proud to be an American the next day.

We should make Little Marco procurator when Cuba collapses
the funniest part of the fall of the Castros will be the geriatric cubans brawling in the streets of Miami as the expat groups lose their common enemy
I'm just sitting there because they think disabled means missing all your limbs or some dumb shit.
that's when you show them what's under the incredibly realistic nose
I thought the F-35 was a dumb, stupid project that would never work. Now it must be sabotaged?

Which is it??
in peak Clown World, the masters of the Inshallah Maintenance Plan try to apply their expertise to intentionally breaking the F-35, resulting it finally working perfectly

Coastal Central California.
Where the hell on the central coast are you? I was born and raised on the central coast and that is absolutely not how the weather is, July and August are always the hottest months.

"I will be president for two more weeks, then Vance will take over" would easily be the funniest imaginable thing, especially if a deer was up on a wall.

"Venezuela has surrendered" is a very close second.

There's also annexing the plains provinces of Canada I guess.
Unless he gets shot again Trump will stay alive through sheer force of will to be there for 4th of July 2026. He will go out throwing the biggest party he can for the country he loves.

Ohhhh I hope he makes it legal to beat Indian people to death. That would be my ultimate American dream.

Unfortunately, it’s probably a speech about how Cracker Barrel got defeated or something lame.

Veteran disability fraud is also crazy RN. I watch financial audit and every vet on there has 100 percent disability despite being completely functional
Pl but I know 6 90-100% disabled vets. 6! All of them for vague ptsd and anxiety. One guy has most of his for knees and back this faggot does Ironman competitions. Another for hitting his head at a base in Germany. Its ridiculous and these same dipshits bitch about foodstamps. Pot meet kettle.

No no its too easy for them to come back.

They need to be resettled to places where its hard for them to get back like Africa. Or maybe the Philippine s
Not the Philippines, they fucking love us over there, and considering how they have their own problems regarding china, sending a bunch of gangbangers, rapists, etc. over there would be a bad idea. I for one, vote we send them all to the democratic republic of the congo, they're in the midst of a civil war I believe, and it would be really fucking funny if all the beaners managed to take over and somehow create a successful state out of that place. Since it hasn't been really "functional" for over a century, if not more, when the belgians left that place kind of went to shit.

Probably as long as the government can keep the military and police happy and on their side. Things are apparently getting even more dire than usual there last I heard. As for how long that is, your guess is as good as mine.
Though apparently things are so fucked they can’t keep power grid on, so it may be sooner rather than later. Not really gonna hold out hope on that prediction though, those reds in Havana are like roaches.
All it's going to take is one nasty hurricane to permanently fuck Cuba. Could happen any time, but a crisis has a way to push things over the brink.

I like how their argument is something that's been legislated and ignored for two presidential cycles now. Where was this when Biden kept Trump's Chinese tariffs?

The fun thing is, the court is correct in their assessment...if this was trade during the 1990s and pre 2001. Trade now is a matter of the executive's explicit functions and no longer solely in the realm of Congress. Trade and tariffs is now the action of international diplomacy, national security, and ironically exercising congressional law. The President has become more than merely an elected king, and is more akin to Dictator with the amount of power that Congress has left laying about to be taken by one man.

The Courts should not be legislating this issue of the balance of power at all either, and certainly nothing lower than the SCOTUS should be bullshitting about with opinions. Congress should by writing law to return power to their body, but they won't because it suits both sides to keep things as they are for both short and long term.

faggot judge is trying to do another lawfare. i have no doubt this will fail just like the rest. as you might imagine the US court system actually doesn't have the ability to just randomly declare national guard deployments unconstitutional.
Article II Section 2 Clause 1 of the Constitution dijo:
The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.
literally nothing in this clause says that trump has to ask some faggot governor for permission to deploy the national guard.

not only this, but in 2020 during the george floyd riots, trump deployed the national guard from other states with no gubernatorial request. it was his discretion, and the courts didn't challenge that either. it's almost like this is a retard challenge that will not hold up. yet another democrat weapon that fires only once.

I hope this makes him triple down and actually send the national guard to bring his DC reforms to LA, San Fran, and every major blue city all at once.

When judicial powers were being debated and implemented I don't think anyone forsaw a future where hostile 60 IQ foreigners two years off the boats would be appointed judges by Communists.

Definitely a shocking and not great statistic. But context can make it a less exciting story.

The report comes from Wirepoints https://wirepoints.org/2024-educati...schools-for-reading-its-24-schools-wirepoints , where they report that 80 Illinois public schools hold zero students proficient in math, and 24 schools where zero students are proficient in reading.

Starting off, Illinois has 3,977 public schools https://ballotpedia.org/Public_education_in_Illinois . So this is an issue for about 2% of total schools in Illinois. Next are the actual schools listed, of which 17.5% of the 80 math deficient schools and 1/3rd of the reading deficient schools are a part of the Youth Connection Charter School network, or YCCS. These are your dropout / pregnant / last chance schools.

Next, what are they not proficient at? They are using the Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR), which is often touted as the most difficult testing scrutiny in the country. They've adjusted it now, as using something like the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) largely showed their students performed similarly at the national level.

Thus, to summarize: Illinois was previously using an needlessly high benchmark to gauge readiness, which was then being used dishonestly in a report to show that their schools for misfits and low-income city schooling are more shit than they actually are.

Also the entire report was largely made as a tool to galvanize people against current public education and instead push them to vote for Universal School Choice (USC). Regardless of how you feel about USC, I think it largely demotes the report from investigative journalism into more of a political ad for USC.

“Yo all my niglet kids are retarded, can I have free money?” Should just resolve in the feds firing people and treating to withhold more funds.

It’s a far better form of reinforcement.
