Nigga 2 out of your 3 screenshots are from the krusie_gang subreddit. No shit they won't like it.
You should see the Soulelle subreddit, a guy posted a long-ass rant about how he hates Susie now.
Anyway, for the sake of not double posting.
I did chapter 5, starting with the weird route. I forgot that I didn't actually finish my normal save of chapter 4, so I only had my weird route save.
And hoo boy, it seems to have saved me from the yuri-slop everyone here's talking about. I'll still go and play through that later, but lmao.
On the topic of the weird route itself. For me the entire thing was just:

x9001
I laughed my ass of when the crazy Noelle dialogue sprite appeared. And the entire thing was just hilarious to me in how hard it was trying.
That it ends on a cliffhanger is even funnier, if disappointing.
I'm not sure if there is a phrase that combines overpowering amusement and frustrated anger, but that's what I was feeling when I saw that.
The aborted route to normal route part was neat, I wonder if it'll carry over in anyway into the the next chapters.
The rest of the chapter was... fun-ish. I liked parts of it, hated other parts of it.
Flowery is... an interesting character. I assume he was made the way he was so you'd hate him, or fan-girl over him like everyone else, one of the two extremes, no middle-ground. For the sake of brevity, in the end I liked him, he tried his best to keep his foolish dream alive, when he knew it'd never work out. It feels like he was wasted though, like he should have been more present than he actually was.
Thinking back on it, he was very present in the gardens area, and he was semi-present in the cliffs and castle areas. I guess he was as present as he could have been when you consider that the chapter had 6 other flower people it had to deal with, and one of those was a mute-hunchback that acted as a store. Yellows section was funny, blue was meh, Orange was a mouse, and therefore irrelevant. Cyan/Aqua was funny, if retarded/a child/probably the real personality of Kris. Seth/Purple was a nice and funny stereotype, which I at first assumed to be a Nerdy girl, but it turns out that 'they' are non-binary, which sets her from best to third.
I'd rate the flowers in order, best to worst: Flowery, Aqua, Seth, Yellow, Green, Blue, Orange.
Pink doesn't count because she isn't a flower, that aside, the boss battle seemed like it was included for out-of-context/IRL reasons, probably going to end up as merch.
The music was meh for the most part, the Flower Man song during the fight with Flowery was nice, but on it's own it feels lacking.
There's more that could be written, and if I feel like making a full review of it I might. But for now this will do.
