The mere 20 minutes of the weird route mogged the entirety of the other route. Once the trial gimmick showed up, I was ready to wrap it up with the gimmick fatigue and just started glossing over dialogue. i wasn't expecting noelle to go off the rails that fast, didn't knew she could emote that hard either, it threw me off
Deltarune Sans and Undertales Sans are confirmed at least as majorly connected. I hope it is not "Deltarune is a prequel to Undertale" though as that cheapens the whole story. I much prefer the idea of Sans communicating with his AUs.
The gameplay in the chapter is very good overall. The feather is really cool.
The secret boss is the worst of them all. Id on't like anime that much and the fight being a throwback to three unused-in-Deltarune mechanics feels lazy. She also thematically has very little do do with freedom etc and completely loses the leitmotif in favor of anime trash.
The music in the chapter is honestly really forgettable overall. It is all technically very impressive but nothing sticks out as "cool."
The fights are not as hard as people say besides the bomberman attack from the secret boss. The secret boss is probably the second easiest behind Spamton.
People are saying Ralsei is transgender because because the drink is Blue and Pink. I hope Toby isn't this much of a gay faggot.
Speaking of gay faggots, this chapter was full of them. The flowers overall were just not very good.
Flowery was especially disappointing. I guess it is better than him being evil or whatever, but his sinister undertones are just done away with in favor of silly friendship.

The post-dark world content is all really crappy. You just walk susie home. Maybe there was a secret or two i missed, but it would have been nice to explore the flower shop more or check the shelter or anything.
Weird route is really cool and I think it will be interesting to see the alternate ending come Chapter 7.
Overall I wish it answered some more questions about the overarching plot and gave a clear goal beyond "save two people and show noelle the dark world." 6 and 7 are going to need to do some really heavy lifting.

I am going to be playing this game once it is fully released in 10 years so that I could enjoy the plot on a good pace and hate the game on a professional level. I have played through chapter 3 and 4 and found them incredibly boring. Chapter 5 seems overrated so I'll be playing the long game.

if Noelle is really dead and Chapter 6 was going to be focused on her family, it might make sense to skip to the finale. Like, maybe Karol is a chapter 7 boss but gets to that point either through breaking over the course of Chapter 6, but if Noelle and her husband are already dead a chapter long emotional spiral isn't needed or possible.
