I just rewatched it and noticed that too, but im at work on break, so cant do any deep analysis. Didn't that represent the Aqua soul? Thinking well have something with whatever soul that was or well get a flowey type fight with the garden theme. That was one of the big secret boss theories for 3 before it came out.

Alright, gotta get back to work. One last thing I noticed. There was a fight between a pink ball creature, trashy, and nubert with super saiyan hair during the trailer. Thinking this might be a fighting dojo fight at the end of the chapter.
