LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. (7News) — Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) will suspend two boys who attend Stone Bridge High School because of their interactions with a female student who identifies as male, and chooses to use the boys' locker room at school.

Earlier this year, 7News Reporter Nick Minock was the first to report that LCPS launched a Title IX investigation into the students after they were recorded on video asking why there was a girl in the boys locker room.

7News was also the first to report that the female student who identifies as male was the one who recorded the video in the locker room -- a violation of district policy.

LCPS’s Title IX Office launched an investigation based on that video and the male-identifying student’s complaint. That office has now determined the two boys are responsible for sexual harassment and sex-based discrimination, according to attorney, Josh Hetzler, who represents the families.


Hetzler said they were notified by LCPS Friday evening.

The punishment includes ten days of suspension and a no-contact order with the complainant, including not being able to be in any of the same classes. The boys are also required to meet with school administrators to determine a corrective action plan, according to Hetzler.

"Attorneys representing two transgender Idahoans want a federal judge to block a new state law restricting access to gender-specific dorm rooms and campus restrooms.

They are seeking a temporary injunction on House Bill 264, passed earlier this year. The request is tied to next week’s start of fall classes.

As it now stands, colleges and universities must designate restrooms, changing rooms and dormitories “for the exclusive use by either females or males.” Supporters, such as bill sponsor Rep. Barbara Ehardt, R-Idaho Falls, have said HB 264 protects the privacy of women on campus.

A July 25 lawsuit seeks to overturn HB 264 entirely.

“There is no reason to keep me and other transgender students from continuing to use the same college restrooms as our peers, which the school has allowed for years,” said Atlas Jones, the lead plaintiff in the lawsuit. “It is humiliating, distracting, and exhausting to try to make it through the day as a college student without having proper access to restrooms.”

Jones, 19, is a rising sophomore at Boise State University, who identifies as male. The second, anonymous plaintiff is a transgender person who spends significant time on the University of Idaho campus, who identifies as female. Court documents refer to this plaintiff by the pseudonym Sophie Smith."

Same School Board that in 2021 had a father arrested at a meeting because his daughter was assaulted by a tranny in the school bathroom, but the school was trying to cover it up and the dad was having none of it. Let’s call it the Joyce’s Law after terf extraordinare Helen Joyce:

Whenever a group, company, or organization is paralyzed by one lunatic parent pushing for troon rights above all else, that parent will have a trans child.

There's a lot of people who can't move on on this and because that's the people who have transitioned their own children.

So those people are going to be like, you know, the Japanese soldiers who were on Pacific islands and didn't know the war was over. They've got to fight forever.

That this is why this is another reason why this is the worst, worst, worst social contagion that we'll ever have experienced. A lot of people have done the worst thing that you could do, which is to harm their children irrevocably, because of it.

Those people will have to believe that they did the right thing for the rest of their lives, for their own sanity and for their own self respect, so they'll still be fighting. And each one of those people destroys entire organisations and entire friendship groups.

Like, I've lost count of the number of times that somebody has said to me of a specific organisation that has got turned upside down on this: 'Oh, the Deputy Director has a trans child', or, oh, 'the journalist on that paper who does special investigations has a trans child', or whatever, the entire organisation gets paralysed by that one person.

And it may not even be widely known at the organisation that they've a trans child, but it will come out, like people will have sort of said it quietly, and now you can't talk truth in front of that person. And you know you can't.

Because what you're saying is you, as a parent, have done a truly, like, human rights abuse level of awful thing to your child that cannot be fixed.

There are specific individuals who are really actively against women's rights here and it's not known why they are, but I happen to know through the back channels that it's because they've trans their child. And so those people will do anything for the entire rest of their lives to destroy me and people like me, because people like me are a standing reproach to them. I don't want to be I'm not talking directly to them, I don't spend my time bitching about them.

But the fact is that just simply by saying, we will never accept natal males in women's spaces, well, it's their son that we're talking about. And they've told their son that he can get himself sterilised and destroy his his sexual function and women will accept him as a woman. And if we don't, there's no way back for them and their child. They've sold their child a bill of goods that they can't deliver on and I'm the one who has to be bullied to try to force me to deliver on it.

So those people are going to be the people who will keep this bloody movement going, I'm sorry to say, because they've everything to lose and it's a fight to the death as far as they're concerned.

In a society where capital punishment is legal and practiced, if not for the social pressures present today, we would consider transing a child to be the level of crime that warrants execution. It’s a sexual crime just like rape, and it ends a child’s life, just like murder.

I have a TIF in my family and although she was an adult before her titty chop (I know she was at least anticipating phallo, I haven’t kept up on her journee), she was socially transitioned in middle and high school. Her parents are lesbians, and I was at the baby shower. Someone bought her a blue onesie and when they opened the gift, a woman shouted, “Maybe she’ll be a lesbian!!” and everyone laughed at that. They gave her a very cumbersome female name with a gender neutral nickname, so it’s almost like they started socially transitioning her before birth.

“We thought we were doing the right thing” has to have a limit somewhere. My family knows I don’t buy into gender ideology and I believe that my TIF family member will either have a heart attack in her 30s from the T, or dementia in her 40s because of the hysterectomy. There’s a weird unspoken kind of “we know you’re right but we can’t say it or else everything will fall apart,” thing there, because even if all anyone did was use her nick name (and everyone knows a woman who uses that nickname, it’s very common), we can all see how that funneled her into the inevitable mutilation. I wonder, however, if they’ll ever stop and consider exactly the road that led them here. I remember when they first embarked on the marriage-and-baby plan and the family was worried, but I don’t think anyone could have imagined how bad things would turn out for the product of that union.

Veronica Clifford-Carlos, a visual artist from California, came to the Netherlands - the first country to legalise same-sex marriage and known for its strong protections of LGBT rights - because the Trump administration's policies towards transgender people made her feel unsafe, her lawyer's office said.

The case, the first of its kind in the Netherlands, will be heard in a court in Amsterdam starting Wednesday, with a ruling expected in four to six weeks. Since taking office in January, President Donald Trump has issued executive orders limiting transgender rights, banned transgender people from serving in the armed forces, and rescinded anti-discrimination policies for LGBTQ+ people. Dutch advocacy group LGBT Asylum Support, which backs the lawsuit, is currently assisting around 20 U.S. trans individuals with pending asylum claims. According to data from the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND), 29 Americans applied for asylum in the Netherlands during the first half of this year. In previous years there were between nine and 18 applicants per year, an IND spokesperson said.

"The IND generally states that discrimination by authorities and fellow citizens can be considered an act of persecution if it is so severe that victims can no longer function socially and societally," LGBT Asylum Support said in a statement. "But the IND maintains that there are no grounds for exceptional treatment of transgender and queer refugees from the U.S."
