💬 Off-Topic Transgender Legislation and Litigation

I haven’t watched the video, but surely in Seattle, “cleaning up the tranny park” means arresting all the straight people who are being judgmental and complaining about the degeneracy?
Funnily enough, half the park allows full nudity, but there are supposedly people having sex and/or masturbating.
So in this case the judge actually told the city to enforce the rules. (No tranny sex!)

How did Washington state get such a transphobic judge? Doesn't the judge know that degeneracy is a cornerstone of transgender culture?

Even the woke Democrats are sick of troons.

Seattle Judge orders the city to clean up the tranny sex pest park, where neighbors complained about nude people and public sex.

The thumbnail from the video in the first quoted post has the sign showing where clothing is and isn't required. Being this is the PNW, I can only imagine this is to support the local degeneracy 🤢 and not some sort of nudist colony/resort area.

Dear Fat Dumb Gay Al,

Did you already forget about Mahmoud v Taylor which prevents the exact scenario you are fantasizing about?

I think it is hilarious you are lecturing people about "thinking things through" while refusing to do so yourself.

We got a "Tickle vs Giggle 2.0"

In Queensland, Australia, some troon knowingly signed up to join a female-only pole-dancing club, and is now suing them for $30k, coz they kicked him out for not being female.

This is on the Gold Coast, which is kinda like Australia's version of Miami; A beach-front city full of leathery-skinned retirees, and trashy nightlife, so a buttload of strip clubs, and also several pole-dancing classes... which are ALL open to men IDing as "transwomen"... except this ONE, last female-only class, which is the one he's suing. So yet again, it's not about "just wanting to live their life"; He had plenty of other options, where he could have done the classes, and nobody would have had a problem with him... But instead he sought out the ONE LAST female-only option, and chose to try to deprive women of their only remaining single-sex option... same as "Tickle vs Giggle"... same as the attempts to shut down Beira's Place, the women's shelter JK Rowling funded...

"Queens of pole", the place he's suing, is a small business owned by a young mother, who comes across very reasonable and sympathetic. And Queensland tends to be pretty conservative, much less "woke" than the Southern states. So I suspect she'll get a decent amount of public support, as this hits the news cycle.

"A new lawsuit accuses Penn State Health of violating a Pennsylvanian’s civil rights when a hospital “abruptly” canceled a gender-affirming procedure less than 24 hours before it was scheduled. Doctors for EJ Stiles, who is nonbinary and has a gender dysphoria diagnosis, recommended a mastectomy “to align their outward presentation with their gender identity,” according to the filing. The lawsuit states that administrators at Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center in Reading, Berks County, claimed such a procedure would violate Catholic doctrine.

“I did everything right. I followed my doctors’ advice and trusted Penn State Health after they made me feel there was a place for patients like me. But being denied care so suddenly, simply because of who I am, was a devastating eye-opener,” Stiles said in a press release. “If an institution’s biases can so easily lock transgender and nonbinary patients out of care, then our health care system is operating with holes that need to be addressed. We all deserve equal access to health care, and to be served by institutions that honor their responsibility to treat us with dignity,” they continued."

ACLU sues Penn State Health over canceled gender-affirming care procedure

"Children’s Hospital Colorado on Monday pleaded not guilty to allegations it has violated a court order to resume gender-affirming care for transgender youth. The plea came during a brief hearing in Denver District Court, during which Judge Ericka F. H. Englert scheduled a multiday trial in mid-September to determine whether Children’s should be held in contempt.

Children’s is being sued by four transgender youth and their families who say the hospital discriminated against them when it stopped writing prescriptions to patients under the age of 18 for the purposes of gender-affirming care. The hospital has continued to offer mental health support to trans youth. It has never performed gender-affirming surgeries for those under 18. It’s been more than seven months since Children’s stopped providing the prescriptions for hormones or puberty blockers. Without them, the families say their children will suffer irreparable harm from bodily changes that are inconsistent with their gender identity. Children’s stopped the care for trans youth after a series of threats by the federal government to punish hospitals and doctors who provide the care. The hospital argues that resuming the prescriptions could cause a cascade of federal sanctions that, in the extreme, would force the hospital to close.

Earlier this year, a divided Colorado Supreme Court ruled there is enough evidence that Children’s had violated a state antidiscrimination law for an injunction to be issued against the hospital. The injunction, which Englert subsequently entered, prohibits the hospital from “refusing to provide medically necessary gender-affirming care to transgender patients pending resolution of this matter.”
