Daily Mail actually said it was unknown, but this report was the first real confirmation that they aren't still married and that the marriage ended decades ago when tranpa decided to live his crossdressing fetish publicly full time. As is tradition, that coincided with something happening that would make it harder for his wife to leave. In this case her father (who by all accounts wouldn't have tolerated this crap) had died and left his asshole son-in-law in charge of the family land. I haven't been able to find out if he inherited it all, or half, or exactly how much power he was bestowed over the sheep business run on it, but it has been in Shannon's family for 150 years through her mother's side. So when the tranny shit ramped up, she was tied to this fucker. The report calls her a 'close friend and business partner.'

Another thing that was confirmed in this report is tranpa had a prior charge for unsecured guns, which were stolen by a fugitive who then used them to hold Shannon's elderly aunt hostage (and raped her) on a neighboring massive property that they also control now. The mother already left (fled?) with her other son, seems like it was not that long after Gus went missing. The report is that she went to stay with a friend in Adelaide. That's interesting since the family also owns a house there where she lived with the father of her kids, so maybe this was an attempt to get out from under their thumbs and get some distance from them. My distinct hunch is that the family fractured over this, and she wants to help but can't tell them much more than that her father is a big aggressive controlling creepy bastard. Meanwhile I think the grandma has spent so long living her life centered around what the big aggressive controlling creepy bastard tranny she's shackled to wants that she just sides with him and cleans up after him and doesn't ask questions and doesn't make waves and overdoses on denial to pretend everything's more or less ok. So after months of going full Godzilla-mode towards any journalist who's approached him for comment, he's now running to the media promising to spill the secrets of the case of his missing grandson...instead of bringing that 'evidence' to the police?

Don't think it's a stretch to guess that his expensive lawyer has a good read on which way the wind is blowing and this is a gambit to make his extremely unlikeable client appear more sympathetic to the public. Optimistically could even be a sign that there's a real case building against him that the lawyer is trying to get ahead of, muddy the waters, and seed the ground for his future defense strategy. Either way, expect plenty of self-serving bullshit to follow, and probably in an interview with the most soft-ball, sympathetic questions and most flattering editing imaginable working overtime to paint lipstick on the ogre.

I could believe she died in her sleep, but also, there's the sofa, I think, was suspicious?, and then the infamous cuddle cat that her mother washed who does that when it's the last scent/DNA of your missing or dead daughter! So I think there was an accident, potentially Calpol induced, and then Gerry took her in the boot of the car (again, dogs don't lie!), took her somewhere, buried her.
