So all the time they female characters spent talking about Jax now passes the Bechdel test, right? Because he was a beautiful misunderstood womando the whole time.
For the last three years, Jax was widely fucking despised for being an utter piece of shit to every other character on this show. Now that Gooseworx pulled the "Actually this character was a tranny the whole time" card, everyone has retroactively decided that Jax was 100% justified in every single one of his sociopathic actions throughout the show.
Look at how many fucking trannies are outing themselves by admitting to relating to Jax.

Jax's defenders are now trying to retcon his entire character arc as a "cautionary tale" despite the fact that it had absolutely no setup prior to the final 30 minutes of the show.

It's kinda like how people started making excuses for Ezra Miller going around beating women and grooming young girls because he started to identify as "nonbinary" and wore dresses to whatever Hollywood pageants he was invited to. The reverse: start with loose continuity and become ‘serious’ later is harder to pull off. The characters and concept need to be very compelling. It worked for Star Trek. I don’t think it worked that well for those Disney Channel shows some of the younger folks here fawn over. It did work for Jimmy Neutron although that series started with a high stakes movie to introduce the characters so I’m not sure if that counts.
Danny Phantom almost made it work until the third season when Butch Hartman decided to go full retard and make the ghosts "interdimensional monsters" because I guess he decided he couldn't be Christian and produce a series about real ghosts at the same time, so about half the creative team left, and he was forced to write a bunch of mediocre episodes with lame antagonists by himself, until Nick pulled the plug, and he just made the finale a Spider-Man 2 ripoff mixed with Armageddon.
Even that depiction didn't have the balls to say Bill was "actually" trans. For some reason, the author felt there was a distinction between a legit tranny and whatever Bill was. Pretty sure Ted Levine has apologized for the role, too.

Finally, when it is shown that everyone is living their best life Jax has fully transitioned into a man and assumed the name Leeroy.
Well I finally watched the finale and boy fuckin' howdy was it disappointing.
Getting the giant elephant out of the room to start with, Gooseworks is an absolute fucking sperg of a tranny with some insanely bad skeletons in his closet. I know that every tranny is mentally ill to some degree, but the fact that this guy was drawing women getting their heads drilled open puts him into the Jeffery Dalmer category of psychopath. Next up this freak decided to throw a match onto the fuel depot that is his fanbase by pulling a J.K. Rowling on twitter, so he seems to be taking his criticism with all of the grace of a javelina drunk off of maker's mark and xanny berries.
As for the ending itself:
I give this shit a 6.5/10
There were a bunch of plot points that just got glossed over. The C&A company never got anything resembling an explanation outside of some members of the circus having worked there during their life. There was a loose passing comment that one of the software engineers, Scratch, had a brain tumor. That lead to a lot of people theorizing that maybe the circus was designed as some sort of virtual reality for people with serious life complications, to live out a life that they could no longer live in the real world. That plot point seemed to be mostly passed over. Instead, we just got a brief piece of exposition that simply states "Oh yeah, sorry to tell everybody, but we are actually NPC's built off of brain scans." by our favorite schizo Kinger.
Then there was Abel, the NPC character that Cain had lead the cast members towards the control console, with the red button or blue button to decide whether or not they wanted to leave the circus. What seemed like a clever plot point and a reference to John Searle's Chinese Room argument instead ended up as a one off bit and a fake out. All the way back in the early episodes there was a door with this NPC's face on it, along with a handful of times where this character was seen in the distance spying on the main cast of characters. I believe that this was another plot point that was changed. Had Cain caused that character to abstract and was used as a sort of attack dog on a leash by Cain, it would have made Kinger's deletion of Cain all the more intense as Cain would have finally gone from just being rough with the cast members into full blown torture territory before he met his end.
This leads to another point: I believe that the show drifted away from its original inspiration as time went on. I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream is an amazing short story. It also has an old point and click game from the 90's with the author of the story voicing AM. In the game, there was an added "good" ending where AM has it's different parts purified in order to allow the human characters to finally be free of the computer torturing them. In TADC, Cain, the AI stand in for AM is defeated by Kinger. While I don't think Kinger should have had the same fate as Ted from I Have No Mouth (In the source material Ted as a character meets his end by killing off the other cast members and gives them the sweet release of death before being given the worst possible fate by AM of becoming a slug monster who cannot scream) I do believe that Jax's final arc should have had him be the one to jump on the metaphorical grenade in order to save everybody else. This would have given him a better ending than what we got.
Instead, Goose being the tranny he is, had to go out of his way and devolve the series from this psychological horror show into a giant egg cracking allegory surrounding his woman-hating self insert furry character. Jax's abstraction happening off screen was extremely poorly done. When I first watched the finale, I thought that Jax had decided to start freeing the other abstractions, maybe in some vain attempt to be with Ribbit or just because he wanted to commit suicide via his abstracted friend.
With the tonal whip lash of Jax abstracting off screen, I realized that this shit-show was made all the worse by the poor editing, especially once Cain was brought back onto the show.
Why did Cain need to return? Speaking of, his conversion to being a "good guy" was just poorly done as well. He twiddles his thumbs, clicks his heels and magically decided that he was too mean and wants to return to the main cast and apologize.
At this point though I am just spinning my wheels with this maximum effort post over this psycho tranny's fetish material so I will end my maximalist effort post with this: I seriously hope that Glitch does nothing else with this show. I was worried there would be some post credits scene setting up an epilogue episode that would somehow make things worse, or maybe fix shit but that's just wishful thinking. This show clearly was profitable for Glitch, so I am sure they will push more troon slop like this out in the future hoping to catch lightning in a bottle twice. Even if Goose said he would never come back, I would not be surprised if the retards at Glitch indulge his fetishes and give him a blank check in hopes he makes them another show.
I just hope that PPP gets absolutely shit faced to watch the finale. I don't want to see a quiet seething from Ashton, I want full blown Canadian rage pigging at the ending.

Goose doesn’t have that and causing a lot of drama online with his Jax is trans comments is certainly not winning him any favors at Glitch. He is burning bridges with them and considering how he chose to rush this project rather than milk it for all its worth I don't think he enjoys professional animation as a career and he can't write for shit.
