But seriously, Caine is more of an artist than Gangle was in the show due to him creating literally everything. She doodles in her note book, but we never get a clear view of her drawings and her creativity never comes into play. Her idea suggestion was forcing everyone to work at a copy of the place she used to be the manager at before getting trapped. There is no way she'd be the "creative one" in a scenario where the cast could just do whatever going by that.
