It would surprise me if Texas throws her out of the school. Schools are rather infamous for keeping problematic people. They will put out a ton of PSAs about how they have a zero tolerance policy, but in reality as long as your grades are up, and you have paid for a ton of classes then they rarely do anything asides from a wrist slap. Also those schools have to deal with alot of annoying parents who will turn their kid getting kicked out for rape or some shit into a huge shitshow, which can cost the school at times. Its really disgusting.
 
No. There are far bigger victims in this story. If anyone could even consider Fungi Freak a victim, and no one (sane) would.

But I feel so bad for her mom, step mom, the pig, the hamsters, our lord and savior Max, the people she's fucked over at school, and her normal family that I haven't mentioned. (Glodaddy is not included in my sympathy.) And I'm especially sympathetic for poor Goober. Because he's the most vulnerable creature in this equation right now that we're aware of. Oh, and I feel sorry for the retail employees she's shit all over. And the people who had to clean up after this mobile piece of sludge.

And the last thing they want is any publicity at all about this. This thing remaining "under investigation" forever would be
the only favorable outcome for them. If they exonerate this chick they have outraged students against them. If they eject her, that's a tacit admission that they should have booted her the first time, which makes them look even worse. Don't expect transparency or for the process to make sense, Title IX is weird college kangaroo court.

They will stay silent until there is an arrest (if it ever even happens), and then suddenly the school will take action and make a big deal about preventing cases like this in the future (which they rarely actually follow through on). Big universities are big business, so they act just like them and stay silent until an arrest.
 
As tempting as the realization that she's a female ladywoman with a vagina is, she's still a pathetic and soulless human being and deserves no more sympathy than any other lolcow we shit on on a daily basis who doesn't benefit from being a non-obese woman. The urge to simp is natural at some level but if you feel its starting to become overwhelming it's understandable to take a step back from it all.

It is also the opinion of many more conservative colleges that Title IX has absolutely nothing to do with troons and protects only someone's actual gender, not their make-believe gender. Trump also shared this opinion, and made policies to that effect, which were mostly ignored by liberal universities, much like conservative universities choose to ignore that Biden has taken the opposite position.

Schools and corps don't care about any of this stuff. They literally do it for insurance. If you've ever worked with an insurance company or talked to them, theyll tell you they give discounts for what they call "risk management" and "proactive" actions. That would be: having some hotline in place to call, a mall security guard walk around who is told to do nothing, an emergency call button, posters put up about woke stuff. It's so they get an insurance discount and if they go to court they can say "look, look what we did though". Of course, they usually settle before court if it comes to it. In court idk how well "we put posters up" would hold up when someone presented evidence of their neglect.
 
In a normal world, those who were abused by the abusers lose all sympathy when they carry their abuse they've had onto others. This is just an example of enabler mindset.
 
This cunt is a psychopath. She's not crazy, but evil. When someone has enough understanding of right and wrong to hide their deviant behavior and lie/manipulate/project to cover their asses, they're not crazy or mentally handicapped.

When hardened criminals in prison, the worst of the worst have absolute disdain for a child predator, that should tell us something. People that prey on children, animals, elderly or the mentally handicapped are preying on the weak and they know they are. They can't pull their shit on a normal person without being curbstomped. It's the worst of humanity that single the weak out. I have no sympathy for her or those like her. I don't give a fuck what happened to her as a kid because it's no excuse for the shit she's been doing. What may have happened to her is not her fault, but it is her responsibility to deal with the fallout.

We don't even know if anything happened to her. Not all psychopaths were abused. I think we're jumping ahead on that one. I say fry the bitch if it's all true. She's in Texas ffs. They have an express lane for execution. Fuck her.
 
If you’re feeling sympathy/guilt/whatever for her or other cows you might participate in documenting then log off? As far as I’ve seen kiwifarms has did a fantastic job in documenting her. I might feel sympathy for her if this was some kind of huge smear campaign that was turning out nothing but lies. But documenting, in disgust, the actions of an animal abusing pedophile that takes glee in hurting people. Why the fuck would I feel sorry for her? Don’t be a shit person. And people won’t think you’re a shit person. The only people I MIGHT feel bad for are her “friends” who are obviously bitter jaded (incel?) outcast who she manipulates cause they are lonely and like playing gayops on discord chats because they have no other friends or healthy hobbies. But even then they are shit people doing awful things. I’ve no doubt that something awful happened in her childhood. Because she’s real fucked up. But like…. You don’t get to boil hamsters to cope? Lmao. This girl knows damn well if she wanted she could have access to all kinds of therapy and treatment. But she doesn’t want that. She wants to play on discord plotting ways to hurt people. So, yeah. She’s pretty fucking vile and I’m glad the OPs of the various threads keep tabs on her for our disgust/amusement.
