Well I can certainly see that Evie is more detailed so, like given that we dont have much more to work with she kinda wins by default. Like I felt like I saw everything, there is nothing more to see when it comes to Evie
While Bloodraine doesn't have those moon runes, which is a plus, the original has that pleasant blue glow I kind of like. And the original doesn't have those o's that look confusingly like d's. Looks like the game is called BL000RAINE in thumbnails.

Yes, there's even a "proper" crack for the PC version now. (no hypervisor setup or offline activation needed)
SB1 isn't a bad game, I liked it, but I'm not sure I'd have spent as much time with it as I did if not for Eve's assets and costumes since the combat isn't that great outside of boss battles, and the open world content gets mind-numbing (and you do need to engage with some of it to be properly leveled for the linear missions which are more fun, and to get more costumes).
They really dropped the ball on the sequel's protagonist though. Eve was hot, this little kid not so much. I don't even care about what Asians or asiaphiles think about her, she's just not that attractive to ME personally compared to the 1st game's protagonist. I'm probably still going to pirate SB2 and check out if they made the gameplay (or even story and character writing) actually really good this time.

I'm vastly more interested in spunky tomboy Evie than I am generic demire dollface Eve. If she has some cool outfits I'm definitely down to buy this one.

Good News: x360ce works, but I had to use the 3.0 version. (They are pushing the 4.0 version but it just refused to cooperate).
Bad News: I have 16GB of ram and a 4060 but I'm still getting "Out of Video Memory" errors even after a reboot and lowering the resolution to something like 1280 x 720
