Social Justice Warriors - Now With Less Feminism Sperging

I've always interpreted salaried pay to mean 40 hours a week as long as deadlines and tasks are met on time. You're supposed to get all the responsibilities and Yes's and No's outlined in your contract when you're hired, and update it as needed.
Sadly, it doesn't work that way in the real world.

It depends entirely on the position. Some attaches are expected to be on call 24/7 for their charges.

"...wearing a baby."
A baby is an accessory to those women, as are abortions.

Now to be fair,

A lot of these people that spout this nonsense are the types I don't want to be parents.

So by all means radical feminists/SJWs, get all the abortions you want. I'll help pay for them. Do you have a GoFundMe I can donate too? Do you need a ride to the clinic? I'll give you a lift, totally free of charge!

I'd have an easier time sleeping at night helping SJWs get their abortions than watching innocent children get condemned to live with parents like that.

Yeah but then you're encouraging them to get knocked-up as often as possible to take advantage of that free money and rides.

If it means less children that have to suffer through mothers that have zero right to call themselves mothers (biggest example being the ones that claim their 2 year olds to be trans) and end up living short, painful lives, worth every penny

"The decadent youth have been spoiled and being taught any amount of social control is bad and reminiscent of 1950's conformist culture that actively oppressed and criminalized behavior such as gay sexual activity and public swearing when sometimes conformism and social control is necessary. It's about hardlining morality because not everything exists in a grayspace, everyone needs to follow my specific moral code for this world to be good. "

Power swings both way dipshit. Morality isn't as important as keeping a leash on those who would oppress you.

Sadly, it doesn't work that way in the real world.

Actually, it does. I've been hired for salaried positions pretty much my whole professional life. All have let me know ahead of time that forty is just an average, some days will be "as long as it takes," and likewise we had flexibility to duck out early when we needed to. We were professionals, and nobody logged hours or anything. If your work was getting done well, that's all that mattered.

Like I said, we knew this all full well going in, it was a major discussion during interviews. Our offices were more interested in recruiting and retaining good talent. Which, honestly, is how I read that short, vague little question. It sounded to me like he wanted to see those employees develop a sense of camaraderie, not squeeze them for money. Emotionally invested employees are retained talent you aren't afraid of losing to another business. It's not ALL about money.

From the fact that he specifically said they leave at six sharp, that does not sound like salaried positions. Everyone knows salaried positions mean you spend as long as it takes to get whatever it is done. It sounds to me like that asshole wanted free overtime from hourly employees.

But look at the quote, "their commitment lasts to work hours only." The logical deduction is that they *are* in fact completing the time commitment that is expected of them, regardless of how paid. And he *doesn't* say six sharp, he said "usually leave at six." The problem here is that he uses the word "commitment." He could have easily said, I wish they'd put in some extra hours, but he didn't. So we are left to try to interpret "commitment." I look at it as he's hoping these employees will show a little initiative, some ambition. So far everybody seems to read it as, he wants them to work extra hours for free, although nowhere here does it say they are ineligible for overtime. As a matter-of-fact, there's NOTHING in any of those words that even hints at whether these guys are salaried or hourly. So, it's a blank canvas. And everybody sees what they want there.

There was a time, not so long ago, when pro-choice and pro-life advocates could agree, broadly, that if the need for abortions were reduced, that would be a good thing for everyone involved.

Then someone figured out that meant having slightly less sex and being slightly more proactive with contraception, and the far-left said "AW, HELLLLL NOOO!!!!!"

Lindy West should have been aborted. What a gluttonous, vain, self promoter she is. And like Tess, her husband is gay and married a land whale as his beard.

It's a mystery to me why, in current year, anyone would marry someone as a beard who is way more embarrassing than just being gay.

Reminds me of that one 4chan story about a guy who wishes he was a woman so he could have a ton of abortions, collect the fetuses in glass jars, then store them for the day he actually has a child. Every time the child acts up, he would walk him into the room and remind him how easily he could have killed the kid in the womb. Lindy West is a fucked up 4chan shitpost made flesh.
