Posts like this make me wonder if “virgin” is just a socially acceptable way for them to say “minor” at this point, because it’s a bizarre thing to fixate on otherwise:

I think it's less that and more insecurity. If the girl is a virgin they won't be able to mock their poor performance in bed cause no point of reference.

Their fixation on "fertility crisis" is another one, it's just the incel version of concern trolling, a roundabout way of saying the government should incentivise marriage. People having less kids is just fine, the world is overcrowded. Nowadays Europe has over 700 million people, in the late 1700s there were that many people in the whole world and you didn't see Samuel Pepys write whiny diatribes about muh fertility crisis.
The actual problem to do with "incentivising marriage" is that due to the way the western governments and corporations run the economy, for most couples who DO want to have a trad marriage where the wife stays at home it's virtually impossible to do so due to salaries not being what they used to, but again this is an unintended factor, not the cause of the jeremiads about muh declining birth rates.
