The problem is that many Christians are indeed meek and just give anyone a second chance.

Just look at Nala and how many so called "conservative" Christians defended her joining Christianity and the right because she "repented"

There was an entire Twitter firefight because some woman posted a picture of herself marrying her husband with the captain talking something about how she had a very promiscuous past but her Husband was a virgin but it was "okay" because she repented or something.

And many still defended her.

Nonetheless, I don't expect someone like Rev who defended loli porn to really be accepted since I am pretty sure there are lines they would draw.

That, unfortunately, is a thing with many. With today's society and the "repentee" having a track record, he or she should be scrutinised to not do (certain action) anymore. If caught, should be cast out.
What many Christians nowadays need is skepticism towards the general society.

I don't even really see the reasoning, is it trendy to larp as a Christian now? And even if it is, why do you think that your audience of primarily gooners will accept it? It's just a dumb move from square 1 if you're doing it for the grift. He'd be better off going full reddit fedora mode if he has no convictions anyways, it would fit his audience a lot better.

And if he's serious, I don't understand why he wouldnt stop larping as a little girl with his vtuber model

Its a thing you see with MAGA in recent years. You have people like Rev and Strawb who claim to be Christian and thus, saving the world from the Woke Atheist Leftist Race (tm). But the reality is these people just chase labels that are "persecuted". You see it with Atheism back in about 2016. You see it now with this fake and gay Gen Z awakening in the 2020s.

Well this doesn't really answer my question, there is absolutely nothing Christian about Rev in terms of both what he likes and publicly defends. Even if he is chasing the label of "persecuted", you can already just have him being a "loli proshipper" as the thing he is persecuted for. Sure you need to squint a bit but in order to accept literally anything he says you already gotta squint so hard that your eyes are practically closed.

What I basically mean is that there isn't really any reason for him to even do the Christian larp to begin with. If you are going to become a Christian, there has to be some kind of measurable change in how you approach things from before. If you do the exact same thing, what is even the point? Who is convinced? Certainly not any Christian, and his audience made up of gooners obviously don't care about Christ, so who exactly is he even doing this for? Even the best possible interpretation (He is a Christian, but he keeps up his channel because it's his primary source of income despite it being a force of moral evil) is still bad and un-Christian.
