I have what might be one of the most used Game Boy Pockets that exist. I got it last year to make custom Game Boy's for my kids, but never got around to it.

It came with a copy of Tetris, which is what I think may have been the only game that was ever played on it judging by the wear on the D pad and paint. If so, then someone has to be really good at Tetris by now. I think that they only stopped playing it because the silicone membrane under the D pad had finally collapsed. The up arrow on the D pad is the only one visible as the others had been eroded away.
I replaced the membrane and did the backlight/bivert mod which is apparently quite difficult due to the displays being so fragile, but I happened to do it on the first try. There is a bit of oil between the LCD and rear polarized film, and a hair behind the lens, but I've got to dissassemble it again for cleaning anyway.
I have a clear shell for it, but the level of wear on this is just too interesting to change.
