Reorganization of September 29th, 2025

I kind've liked having some organization for searching purposes, but the reality is that alot of these categories had overlap that made it difficult to find threads. Grift Wars vs Internet Famous was hard to discern for example. Fuentes was under the Ralph board, but I looked for his thread under Grift Wars pretty often. Throwing them all under lolcows may not be perfect but it kind've makes sense in the grand scheme of things.

Fortunately, you can filter by the prefix tag now, see screenshot:

So if you don't want to see the furry degeneracy, you can click the prefixes relevant to your interests, and leave "Furry" unchecked.
Unless I am completely retarded (or my browser is) you can only filter by a single prefix at a time.

Based ooperator organizing lolcow content into a format that's easily organized and consumable. 10/10. Would laugh at exceptional individuals on the best website on the entire Internet again.

I joined recently. Overall I'm having fun but I think the site could use these 2 features:

1. Specific threads should be searchable. There should be a search bar, at the top of this thread so I can search for things that happened in the thread. This would help new users massively, especially with new hot threads like Bossman

2. Have some kind of tool that sums up every featured post in one box so that I don't have to click on the featured icon and travel through the thread just to see stuff that is not always relevant. What I picture here is some kind of AI tool that picks up all the featured posts and summarize them in a tidy little list with hyperlinks for each, and then I can click on the ones I want to read - it would be like generating an automatic table of contents in words. In MS Words, you just assign a value to your titles then at the end you press generate table of content et voila.

Just a newfag, ignore me if retarded.

The second one is retarded but the first one already exists.

Great change. Multiple times I found it retarded as fuck to find a specific thread because if have to decipher what subforum they belonged in. Like the balldo, he was Internet tough guy, grift wars and Internet famous.

Anyone too retarded to search for their area of interest probably shouldn't be on this forum anyway. I appreciate your hard work, Null.

Now implement infinite scroll plz....

Growth

The size of the Kiwi Farms has not increased at all since the end of Drop Kiwi Farms.
Gotta grind those tik toks on god no cap, Mad at the Skibidis to get the zoom zooms fr, gotta rizz up the new gens like livy dune rizz baby gronk the oki way n shiet, time for the oklahoma board cuz on god ain't no space for ohio in this, cold af, gotta be fire.💀💀💀

I actually don't mind the change, to be honest. gets me more exposed to cows/topics that I might not have normally stumbled upon with the old system, my only wonder is how it might affect existing board-specific communities. I am curious to see how these places would be affected by merging their boards into the wider site, and how the "main" boards would be affected by having to share space with users who only frequent more niche topics.

If i were to nitpick, I would make the tag filters a more prominent feature and let users set/save their own tag preferences within the acc. settings. although I know that's being worked on.
I'd also change the emoji on the community tag because I initially thought the tag was supposed to label communities with overlapping values/Interests to this site, but I'm also a little retarded so it may just be me

Hopefully Null gets the objective data that this sucks before his yearly compulsion is over and we're not stuck with this for a year or two.

Brb, opening 4 pages with Furry, Zoosadist, Artcow and Grifter filters separately selected, so I can get a semblance of Animal Control subforum, because multiple tags on threads or boolean logic in filtering are apparently unneeded for good UX.

If you want people to discover new threads you should add a "thread of the day" section or something to the sidebar or featured section. It would randomly select a new thread each day
