Same impact, probably same injury. Not sure who the Mexican luchador was but the Sid one was a compound fracture where both the tibia and fibula broke.

In Gronda's case (the luchador in the previous video) it was an exposed fracture of both tibia and fibula, also the ligaments on his knee and ankle got fucked, it was pretty much a career ending injury, really sad since it happened just a couple of months after his debut, and he was kind of a big deal back then, since he had an imposing presence and was loved by the kids, because he was a face, not a heel
