So maybe a little more cynical, I think Pixy turned in an application online and that was the FULL EXTENT of their vaunted "job offer", in her poor addled mind she thought it was basically a done deal. They found her probation or online presence or rambling "I am a MAN" screed in the application comments or whatever and an HR staffer took two seconds to pass on it, and now it's a vicious hypocritical betrayal Pixy can milk in her mind for a few weeks.

I went back and checked the previous pages and she said she had an actual interview, was extended a job offer and had a background check.
I’m even more certain the background check came back (they definitely don’t do it on the spot or until the extend the offer) and bit her. I don’t know how bad she tried to beat up her parents but it’s coming back to bite them for having her arrested. Now she’s crazy, living at home and can’t get a job.
