Phil's Oddly Shaped-Head - Is it getting odder?!

If this is deemed unworthy of an independent thread I'll humbly acquiesce, but this has been a not infrequent topic of discussion in recent years. Granted Phil is a mongoloid untermenschen & has even admitted to being referred to during his childhood as "Phil with the Oddly-Shaped Head" (perhaps the most awkwardly-phrased yet fitting nickname of all time). But as odd as Phil's cranium is by nature, has it gotten even odder? Has Phil suffered a stroke or some other neurological impairment that has affected his facial features? No creature is perfectly symmetrical ofc, but as Dear Feeder has often noted, symmetry is a sign of health & vigor while asymmetry a sign of decay & degeneracy. I submit for your judgment two sets of images; the first is from 2009 & the second from the current year (just yesterday, as it happens). Do we think the severity of the asymmetry is the same or greater in the more recent images?

Here is a collection of theories I have on why Phillip looks the way he does:

• Long term alcoholism has caused him to wrinkle in strange ways
• Ozempic has revealed light bulb asymmetries that were always there
• He was left on his back too long as an infant which is why his head is flat
• His hairline is receding asymmetrically which exaggerates all the other features
• He tilts his head frequently which further adds to him looking like a mutant in freeze frames
• He's possibly had a stroke which is why his face is all droopy
• The droopiness could also be caused by being absolutely miserable for most of his adult life
• The bald spot in his beard is from him compulsively scratching/picking at it
• Bugged Polish genetics (nothing he could do)

I'm still at a loss as to why his facial features look so warped in particular. It's like he's been sleeping on his face every night or something.
