First and foremost, the information provided in this post does not, and is not intended to, constitute legal advice. I am not a lawyer but a fucking loser on a dead comedy forum.

I do not believe that it is necessarily "cheaper" for a company to use your proposed solution than paying registered agents or expensive lawyers.
With a registered agent or an expensive lawyer, one knows upfront the costs and liabilities. The worst that might happen is that they drop their service.

Adopting your idea, a company might be taking a lot of unknown risks and potential liabilities:
  1. Vetting the person: could a company trust a random forum user or a well-known lolcow? Can a company rely on a person that would willingly be doxed, and face real risks of being swatted or harmed by mentally ill people?
  2. Risks related to the person actually not doing their tasks: is the company willing to miss procedural deadlines in a lawsuit because the "agent" just forgot to scan the latest documents? Is that person solvent and can they be sued back for the damages caused by their incompetence?
  3. Compensation: how much would a company have to fairly compensate a person that would actually be fit for this?
  4. Potential employment law costs and liabilities: depending on local laws and the contractual framework, that person might be qualified as an employee of the company.
  5. Potential tenancy laws costs and liabilities: depending on local laws and the contractual framework, that person might qualify as a tenant.
  6. Potential tax and regulatory costs and liabilities due to land ownership.

At the very least all of these points, as well as the agreement entered into with that person, should be checked and drafted by a lawyer.
In the end, it is a balancing act. But I personally would use such a solution only as a last resort.
 
Serious suggestion- ask a kiwi who owns their own place in a rural area. There must be some country people on here, maybe some actual farmers. No one is going to show up to some random place in the middle of nowhere. They'd probably get lost and eaten by wildlife before finding the driveway, so multiple problems solved.

And good luck being swatted in a town served by only a few county police.

Gypsies are by far more reliable than melalin enriched individuals.
They are immensely hard working when it comes to breaking the law and are actually kind of based by not trusting the government and enforcing traditional values. They'd be happy to have somewhere to put their goats in Detroit and would keep the troons at bay for some gibbs.
 
A thought just occured to me: is there any way the autistic detective skills of the Farms could be channeled into finding, locating and then contacting those who've lost their jobs due to the antics of troons? I remember there was a registered nurse who Keffel's doxxed and then sent his twitter hordes to harass her work-place until she was fired. There was also that old guy who lost his store confronting a trans politician. And that just two examples of many stories.

Rather than a Kiwi Farmer, would it be a possible idea of (hopefully) getting a normie (or two) with a possible axe to grind with the troons for the job? They're already doxxed and have experience the troon-menace first-hand, so they know what to expect. And - until the troons attacked - they were reliable employees (or business owner in the old guy's case).

Just throwing a suggestion at the wall.
 
So this gives an entirely new definition of sweeping it up…. But yeah to be honest I think it could possibly work but I think it isn’t probably the wisest idea, unless this third party is reliable, and can be trusted. If not then this idea will cause more problems than necessary.
 
So im pretty sure Commie Dick girl lives in Arizona. I am unsure if CDG owns a house, rents, and/or is willing to relocate to a neighbor state for a different house all together. Like someone said earlier, whether sarcastically or not, I do think it's worth reaching out. CDG is at wits end with harassment from trannys on twitter, and I think they'd be willing to do this as a middle finger to all the bullshit they have been flinging they/them way. This would also be a good way to show the world the farms is an ally💓, and to kickstart our new "roofs-over-trannys" initiative.

Obviously, this would make CDG persona en grata of the farms, and should be treated as such for saving said farms. That may be a tough pill to swallow for some. CDG wants a community, we need a person with enough spite to hold the fort. Seems like a quick fix to me. Personally, I've appreciated the amount of growth CDG has shown, and is proof that there are those who question the narrative from within. Just my two cents, I do acknowledge the retardedness of said plan in advance.

I wouldn't want to mess with that. There will never be safety and security. Those places are shitholes not just because of the people, but because of the regional management. As a long time shitholer, you're not going to get stability in those locations, just chaos that will eventually eat you and all you care about. I'd say just look for incredibly sketchy and controversial operations like white supremacists in some state and see if they have an agent in common and pick that guy, as he is probably used to intense bullshit already.
 
It'd be very interesting to enter Dear Leaders headspace, and experience just how jaded he is and how he views the world. Having to constantly deal with the incessant buffoonery of asian Buffalo Bill, a.k.a. Ellit William Fong, and Keffals and their ilk would definitely mark a man in ways I cannot quite imagine.

Is this necessarily true though? For example, I've read that swedish national mining businesses, which yields incredible amounts of revenue annually, are at risk of facing severe sanctions due to having minor partnerships with some russian companies, which were ongoing well before the outbreak of the war with Ukraine. If even these massive industries can face scrutiny under moronic sanctions which hurt the citizens of the nations they operate in far more than any russian oligarch, then surely any agent operating Lolcow LLC can as well?

I actually like CDG, but he's got issues of his own. Josh needs somebody who will absolutely get the job done. I really worry about using any of these people who dont have a history of steady employment. It's a damn tough situation. I think an agent is really the only way forward. It's just tough.
