GGG plays their game, but they don't play it like normal players do at all, they "playtest".

My only advice is switch to low-life a little earlier than the guide says to. As soon as your damage starts feeling shit and you already have a +6 staff and +3 amulet you can make the switch even if you only have 5k es and 3.25 seconds es recharge delay then worry about getting a better chest or w/e later.

How's it going?, I played it in campaign but felt that it was falling off pretty fast once I reached maps, tried other bunch of stuff that also didni't work and then just rerolled into a witch hunter.
Ice Monk is kinda meh. If you wanna continue that route, I suggest swapping to a different attack skill like Whirling Assault and using the Stonefist version of Grip of Winter for all damage can freeze and chill. I dropped a Lochtonial Caress from a rogue exile and I'm planning to swap to Beyblade once I get my 4th ascendancy since I was struggling with quest Arbiter with a decent-ish qstaff with 300-something flat pdps.
That's what I thought at first, but I looked at my Steam recording frame by frame, and it's those fucking tendril mobs.
It seems they have an attack that is like a slam wave with an explosion at the end, and that explosion is like 150% more damage. And you'll notice in the video, there's like 5 of them, all doing that attack, and I moved exactly into that attacks explosion.

I'm already level 90.
I'm simply bored of the game loop. It's not a slight on the game, I simply burn out fast when I'm doing repetitive things.
I might come back in a week or so, or I might tap out until next league.
