Are there any decent archival tools for Microsoft Teams chats? I've tried playing around with the Azure methods—like this—but I can't get around the permissions. Would it be a case of rolling screenshots or nothing?

For the benefit of anyone else, I decided on the full page screenshot option. I went with the Fireshot plugin because it's fast and straightforward. It exports a PDF of the chat messages which you can then convert into a searchable PDF with other tools. It works for channels and individual chats.

I couldn't find another way through Azure without elevated privileges. I don't think professional tools would help much either for the same reasons.

I have Graphene and stuff but I don't really get the benefit, it's just dealing with apps with a worse UI and harder workarounds for no real gain. Google probably already knows everything about me, so this seems pointless. Why not just make a burner account to log into stuff with instead?

Has anyone downloaded Zoom video replays with yt-dlp lately?

I have a "share" link like:

And a month ago or so, I did one and it worked fine (taking the browser cookies for credentials), was able to get the video and subtitles. But now every time I try it I get 403 errors. I'm wondering if I'm just doing something stupid that I'm unable to recognize, or if Zoom changed their backend.
I'm running on the latest nightly build of yt-dlp and it doesn't seem like they've changed their Zoom extractor lately. (And yes, the video itself does work if I view it via a browser)

I dunno exactly when it broke for me, but it's fairly recently.

It's not related to any add-ons I'm using, as it still happens with all add-ons disabled. Also, it's specific to Firefox, as those sites load up instantly in Edge.

The archive.* guy is some sort of autist who has an obscure technical disagreement with Cloudflare over how DNS works. I don't know if it has merit or not.

I remember that being an issue a couple of years ago, but I can't figure out what's gone wrong now.

I am not enforcing HTTPS-only mode. When it comes to DNS over HTTPS, I've tried adding exceptions for the affected sites, but it doesn't work, neither does changing providers. I've also tried changing "Enable DNS over HTTPS using:" to off.

What's weird is, if I use Nord VPN and set my location as Ireland, for example, the archive sites work on all browsers, but once I disable Nord, those sites work on all browsers except Firefox.

If anyone has the same problem as me when trying to access archive sites with Firefox, try adding this to your hosts file: -

They all work fine for me now.

I have gotten a deGoogled Pixel 6 Pro with Graphene and Magisk installed on it after my deGoogled Galaxy S10 finally died.

I am currently trying to connect my Pixel 6 Pro with my old non-smart TV with my USB-C to HDMI cord like I did with my S10. The problem is that I do not seem to get a picture by doing so. I know that there are USB-C to HDMI cords specifically for the Pixel 6 Pro, but they are expensive, so is that actually the problem?

Going the route of screen-casting, I never had any luck with screencasting adapters for my TV as they all seem to refuse to work with rooted phones, be it Chromecast, Anycast, etc. Are there any devices for screencasting that do work with rooted phones?

What would everyone suggest for connecting my phone to my TV?

My Pixel 3 with Lineage seems to cast to a chromecast fine most times, but is something happens that causes the connection to drop, I have to restart both. It works, but it's finicky. I have never been able to get USB-C to HDMI to work with my pixel phone, either. I plug in a USB-C hub, and the card reader, charger and USB ports work, but not the HDMI out. Works on laptops and everything else I try it with, but not my phone.

can you connect wireless to your TV?

if both fail, maybe try it on a different tv.

I don't use Namecheap or otherwise use DNS for hosting non-PC work, but referring to their registration agreement, it says in Section 4 - Subsection Namecheap Rights:

We may reject your domain name registration application or elect to discontinue providing Service(s) to you for any reason within 30 days of a Service initiation or a Service renewal. Outside of this period, we may terminate or suspend the Service(s) at any time for cause, which, without limitation, includes registration of prohibited domain name(s), abuse of the Services, payment irregularities, material allegations of illegal conduct, or if your use of the Services involves us in a violation of any Internet Service Provider's ("ISP's") acceptable use policies, including the transmission of unsolicited bulk email in violation of the law.

If I interpret it right, it seems that Namecheap will not terminate based on legitimate usage of or expression under the domain after 30 days of registering or renewing it. If you need more assurance, the .net domain for the forum uses Namecheap and I know of this statement from dear leader from just a few months ago:

I'm still waiting on the Promised Land (tm) but Namecheap and the .ST TLD as a whole is based.
