I have been getting angy letters on a loop since forever and so has everyone else, they never show up and never will, the whole business model consists entirely of relying on people snitching on themselves by actually responding, they are like demons: if you don't acknowledge them then they simply have no power over you. Now it wasn't always this way, back in the days of non-colour TV we actually had a high trust ethnically homogenous fairly economic prosperous society and it wasn't that expensive so we all just went along with it because it's only fair, you do your bit and all that innit.
Not so much these days, the necessary social underlaying required to make a licensing system (which is effectively an honesty box system, the vast vast majority of people who actually pay it are olds who cling to habit/youngs who don't know any better) feasible is just gone, swept aside by pakis and wogs being suppositoried into everything, fuck contributing to that.
