Men aren't paranoid, they're fairly realistic about dangers and are hard wired to be prepped for it.
Here are some examples that we would never think of, that my husband, his male coworkers and male friends all HAVE to do.
>not stare too long at a woman, even glancing twice can be seen as creepy.
>smiling at women, because it can be seen as creepy.
>cannot walk near any school or park by themself without suspiscion if an adult, even if it's on their way to work. Actually, that's worse, because it gets seen as a pattern.
>cannot walk too close behind a woman
>absolutely never ever touch a female coworker for any reason, not even for reassurance if they're afraid or sad.
>don't bother correcting a female workmate unless you want your ear talked off.
My husband isn't an incel, he doesn't hate women, hell most women like him. But he hates, h a t e s being alone with them for any reason. Hell, his advice to any teen boys is literally "do not ever be alone in a room with a woman, her friends don't count. If she decides to claim something, you're fucked".
This unironically happened to my brother. His ex admitted to doing it so he would get in trouble after he left her.
No, she was not punished for it.
Everything you're reading and thinking "oh that's rediculous", now imagine a man in that scenario and imagine if you would immediately be on alert. I'm definitely guilty with the glance thing, or guys zoning out and being unlucky by facing toward me, then me panicking. My husband can usually tell if a guy is just zoned out or not.
Similarly, many guys won't really think of the anxieties we might have, or the frustrations of not being taught some of the same things in the same way. There's a reason the man vs woman debate is as old as time.
