You know, going back and looking at Raimi's Spider-man movies....

They look SO MUCH BETTER than the MCU stuff usually does.

I mean, look it this.

MCU cinematography looks so flat in comparison. Even with the dated CGI, this fight scene is so much more compelling than just about any fight in the MCU.

Because the MCU is basically McDonalds of films. Just good enough in visuals and complexity to make people imagine they've seen anything that's worth their time and attention.

Última edición:
Basically she complains how the MCU loves to objectify it's males, but all the female characters are tittyless sticks in the mud who aren't allowed to be sexy.
Because Twitter would pitch a fit and demand actors/directors be canceled if they did. So they have to make every girl a Brie Larson Captain Marvel.

The Amazing Spider-Man movies are also ahead of MCU in terms of cinematography, lighting and colour grading.

I mean Marvel could do it, they did it with the first Iron Man movie, just they haven't cared since The Avengers did crazy even with Joss Whedon's lack of eye for cinema.

Will be interesting to compare Sam Ramis work on Spiderman and the new Doctor Strange movie coming out. See if MCU will make him make something bland looking.

Wasn't like the entire point of the first Doctor Strange movie about Stephen learning to use magic responsibly and not do those sort of spells?
This is why I have a problem with the whole thing. Strange was probably the only one who had his priorities straight in Infinity War and if you ask me, he was probably the smartest one in the bunch. I don't buy him in the role of the genie granting wishes, with Peter being able to mess with what he's doing. I could accept this more if Peter went to Strange, Strange declined and then Peter went to Scarlet Witch and she was the one who did it. She's the one more likely to act on emotions and to not think it through, and to get distracted or something while Peter throws a wrench into it. They just wanted Bendysnatch Cumberback in the movie with a parade down memory lane for some reason.

Guess we'll see the full context of the scene when the movie comes out. But Wanda went into hiding, how would Peter find her?

Saw some theories online that the Dr Strange we see doing the spell is not the actual one, but instead Mephisto in disguise, aping off more One Day More stuff. That would explain why Strange is willing to do something so retarded for Spidey.

Still, when the movie comes out it'll probably be the actual Strange having a brain fart moment and the second time the MCU delivers Mephisto bait.

If I remember correctly that scene even got the film nominated for an Oscar in SFX, because of how well its done. I really love that movie, Spiderman is probably my favorite Marvel superhero, and I despise that the MCU for some reason keeps portraying him as a naive and inmature zoomer who needs a mentor, the guy already fought two universe ending wars why does he still need a mentor? Just let him be Spiderman and do shit on his own.
