The only great Raimi movie was Spider Man 2, which is probably the best spidey movie (though the MCU ones are really, really solid imo, esp this one), even though Tobey is an awful Peter Parker, Doc Ock is what really brings the sizzle to that one IMO.
The rest is either good but gets worse with age (Spider Man 1) or is completely exceptional and shouldn't exist (Spider Man 3).
Also for those who call for Uncle Ben: At this point, you can't make audiences care more about Uncle Ben than Tony Stark, no matter how many scenes you give him. It seems like in this MCU at this point in time, Stark is the Uncle Ben-type figure. I do agree that he should have been acknowledged with at least a line.
I honestly wonder when Norman Osborn will show his face in the MCU, the stage seems primed for an industrialist-type character to come in, and Osborn would be perfect to provide a different challenge for the heroes.
