I think Mr. Fantastic MIGHT be a good fit for him. Possibly even Adam Warlock. Beyond that, I don't know who I would cast him as. Characters like Iron Fist and Punisher are already taken in the MCU.

Since its obviously going to be G3: The Search for Gamora, I agree. Unless they shoehorn him in. They fucked up their own plot

I meant that they’ve already set up Adam Warlock for G3 (end credits of G2) so it’s likely they’d already cast somebody else in the role.
Personally I don’t think they’d make a whole movie around the search for Gamora. The Guardians are very much their own little offshoot, and I doubt James Gunn wants to write a story that’s essentially just cleaning up after IW/Endgame.
I feel like they’re gonna recover her right in the opening, and the movie will focus on her relationship with Peter, whereas Adam Warlock will be an early-antagonist-turned-friend that they team up with to take down the bad guy.

He's strongly associated with it. It was basically his big gimmick in his solo stuff like Quasar had the quantum bands or Speedball had aids, and he's involved with it through Infinity Gauntlet, and he was directly involved with much of the aftermath and the sequel stories.

They showed some Watchers in the stinger of 2. I hope Uatu gets a moment in GotG 3.
I hope they do some setup for the next big thing in GotG 3. Clean start, needs a new big threat...I think Galactus and his herald should make an appearance. I hope. Just do Galactus and Silver Surfer right, ok guys?
