I'm assuming you already put lipbalm on first before you apply a liquid lipstick...if not, try that--it makes all the difference in the world. If you have tried that, another idea is to use a clear pencil (the UD ozone chubby pencil is great for this) to create a barrier between your skin and the lipstick.
I've got one of the Too Faced Melted Chocolate lipsticks in "Chocolate Diamonds" because it was sparkly and gorgeous and I HAD TO HAVE IT and I usually cut that with lip balm so it's not so hard on me to wear. But when I get a little extra cash I'll invest in a clear pencil (it's between the UD one or the Lipstick Queen one, I'll have to do an in-store comparison to see which one has the best texture) because it looks like that's something I just need in general... Even lip glosses tend to disappear quickly on me because my body just sucks up all the moisture in them.
I can't imagine how much worse this would be if I didn't drink as much water as I do.
