I'm kinda busy with work rn so I can't read the whole thread, but does anyone is interested in tight lacing? I want some opinions, because all websites I find are all like "oooh it's so amazing there's nothing wrong with it"!!
I already wear corsets because of my style, but only on special occasions, and I am quite used to it. And I go to the gym and take care of my diet, so my measurements are already getting smaller.

Anyways, I like this kind of style, but it's complicated to find clothes like this in Brazil. If I find, it's expensive as fuck and I can't buy from overseas because, well, economy is shit and I have to pay rent.

I also live in Brazil and I buy alternative clothes is Romwe for now, it's one of the brands from the Shein store and it's focused on zoomer alternative fashion but I remember seeing some goth stuff too.

Yes, the quality is not the best (don't expect high quality clothes in a cheap shitty chinese store) but at least it's not as expensive as other stores and there are plenty of options.
Of course, you also need to check product reviews and photos to see if they don't totally suck.

Oh yeah I've seen some stuff there, haven't ordered anything because I'm broke lmao
I usually buy from Reversa, Spookies, Wear Ever and some thrift shops, but I can't find for the life of me stuff like from Tripp NYC

Edit to not double post
tell me you don't live in a place with harsh winters without telling me you don't live in a place with harsh winters.
I live in a tropical country and I've always suffered from dry lips because I have naturally dry skin (I have to use humidifier all the time and lotion lots of time of the day). Of course harsh winters contribute to dry ass skin, but sometimes your DNA doesn't help.

I've been watching these videos on YouTube where a girl goes and gets her makeup done by various really shitty "MUAs" with the makeup skills of my five year old nephew and the sanitary concerns of my dog.

Mr Polexio was in the room when I was watching them and as always happens he ended up engrossed at the train wreck.

Later he said "Hey you should try doing some crazy colorful makeup looks like that sometimes. Like obviously not terrible like those but it would be cool to see some wild colors."

So now I've got two new colourpop palettes and some colorful eyeliners. Woot woot!

Side note, i got the Harry Potter Colourpop lipsticks (after someone I know pissed me off with the whole "I don't get HP merch because Terf" bullshit). They are so drying on my lips. The Luna lip gloss is more subtle than I thought for sparkly blurple clear gloss, but the lipsticks make my lips feel like sandpaper.

Yeah I had basically given up on liquid lipsticks because they made my lips so crusty and the color would get all patchy. I'm glad it worked out for you, what colors did you get?
I bought Cheeky, which is like a rose taupe? Basic everyday neutral, it’s precisely the color that my lips are naturally; and I also got Extra, which is brick red for folks who aren’t brave enough to wear RED-red. Was planning to wear it to a wedding this weekend.

EDIT: @one_time_user

Maybelline's Sky High mascara is the best mascara I've ever used in my entire life, moderately cheap too. I don't have the patience for false lashes and they give me the ick, if you feel the same but want nice lashes you may like this.

Where do people buy knockoff scents these days?

You can still get Amerimark "Version of" a few old standbys, but for some reason, I'm finding it hard to find a good source for other "Our impression of" or "Inspired by" or "Fragrance #123 Not Made By the Makers of" perfumes. Sometimes I find a listing by someone who's making Obsession soap/bodywash/incense [select one] in her kitchen, but no professional counterfeits.

My guess would be that big fashion companies know how to search, too, and are getting clone fragrances delisted from etailers. There's probably some listing that when you go to it, the text that tells you it smells like Angel is all in an unsearchable image file, or like the equivalent of those places that sell WATER PIPES FOR TOBACCO ONLY.

ALT Fragrances. I got a knockoff of Tom Ford's Lost Cherry, and it smells *exactly* the same. I've bought like 8 perfumes from them and I'm thrilled with all of them.
If you want a referral code for $10 your first purchase, let me know and I can send you one.

Walgreens still carries some of them.

Guys, I need workout legging recommendations. I need something with MAXIMUM COMPRESSION but that costs less than $75/pair.
Old Navy makes the best compression leggings. They go on sale frequently, so never pay full price. The pairs I have honestly rival much more expensive brands.

I'm a basic bitch, so I also like Lululemon. Sometimes they have colors you just can't find anywhere else.

i like wearing lipgloss, but in outings as a greeting people often kiss in the cheek and i always internally panic because i dont want to leave a sticky transparent imprint on their faces LOL... is there a gloss that ISNT sticky?? that seems impossible
i dont like lipstick so ive been using colored lipbalm instead because it also shines but isnt sticky.

Any recommendations for liquid eyeshadow that will dry down and *stay in place* on my hooded asian eyes? I have been seeing people use liquid shadows on makeup subreddits for their ease of blending -- but they're always white girls with a thousand yards of prime eyelid real estate-- and when I try it it just ends up in a goopy line in my crease like an hour after I apply it.
