Wouldn't an eviction crew have informed the police in advance, have them on standby or present?

If laur called the cops and then the police was shown the warrant, wouldn't they have helped kicking them out?

The police should have helped evict, yes - but given that the marshal showed up after 7 PM, this makes me think this was an accompanied lock change and warning for eviction the following day.

Laur reported a break-in, which translates out to having her locks changed to me. Laur had zero say about when the locks are changed (or anything else) as of 12:00 AM on 5/26/26. If the landlord and marshal wanted to change her locks before the full eviction, the warrant allows them to do so. Laur made a false report to 911 for break in and assult, and faked a medical emergency. While this was certainly dramatic, I doubt the eviction crew was still working at that time of night, so the police were not needed for eviction assistance.

The Truemans are being put out by force, and that isn't going to change or be avoided at this point. It just didn't happen yesterday, though the locks were apparently changed given Laur's hysterical report of a break in. I'm sure the marshal also called dispatch to report Laur for abusing 911, given he was within his legal rights to perform a lockout.

It sounds like they're probably out of the house at this point, and Laur is asking for the eviction warrant to be voided so she can move back in. She demands a clean slate, yah honah!

Note that all this is filed back under Motion 1, because Laur doesn't realize that the case has already been ruled on. Because the sealing part of Motion 1 was granted, Laur thinks the door is still open. I'll bet she called 911 fifty times explaining that her Motion to stay the eviction was granted (in part, the request to seal only, all other issues denied.)

ETA: now that she's out, Laur is no longer accusing the landlord of outlandish things, like accepting money from a city fund designated to be paid only to landloards. She has now focused all of her ire on the marshal, her new greatest enemy. She has proof he changed her locks and put her out of the house she was evicted from, which is his literal job! The fucking nerve!

But there is no way to view anything more than the docket? I really would like to see her "evidence" and of course her precious schizo ramblings.

I didn't check it fast enough to see the latest schizo filings. If anyone else did, please feel free to send it my way or post it yourself!

Yesterday I started watching the criminal docket for Truemans, just in case Earl and Lilly really were packed away in freezers. Since Laur is able to flood the court docket with nonsense, it doesn't look like any bodies were found. Funny how easy it was for bedbound / paralyzed from the neck down / housebound Earl to leave the house once property motivated by a city marshal, given that none of Laur's latest filing mention her severely disabled senior citizen husband and how medically impossible it is to move him from Vincent Jin's house.
 
Hmmmm. On the very same day Laura Renee Marks Trueman is finally evicted from her apartment, lolcow.farm and Kiwifarms are under extended DDOS attacks?

I know she doesn't has the technical know-how, but I'm sure she'd willingly pay anyone who promised they could take both the websites she erroneously believes are owned by Josh down. /tinfoil

I had the same thought. The only reason I’m skeptical it was her is that I don’t think she can finance a stick of gum at this point in time.

Remember, these people haven't paid rent in six years. While a social security income of $4300 / month isn't a lot, it's a pretty good income when you have zero housing expenses.

Laur was probably looking for another small time landlord to con, so she might have a little nest egg set aside for first / last / deposit. That'll go towards a weekly motel now, most likely. I don't see Laur desperate enough to stay in a shelter or sleep in the car yet - but who knows? Lolcows are far more adaptable then we give them credit for - they nearly always find a way to bedrot and be on the internet instead of having a job.

The real question to me is: has Lilly moved away from her parents? It's been a very long time since she's been photographed or filmed - all the content that's been published in the last year is old, or just tweets or blog posts on an account shared with Laur. Did the stunted dwarf make a run for it?

ETA: okay, the eviction is scheduled for Monday - looks like the locks got changed Tuesday night, but they're still squatting for now. Laur has penned another missive to the judge claiming that her only rent payment since August 2023 of $28,800 makes good against her $102,400 rental arrears (through May 2026), and she should be allowed to stay there forever.

I know, the wheels of justice grind slowly.

It looks like the locks were changed Tuesday (per Laur's hysterical claim of a home invasion by the landlord and marshal that evening), and they were noticed that the full eviction will take place Tuesday, 6/2.

The NYC marshals probably have packed schedules since many people decide to pretend that the eviction won't happen if they don't move out before the eviction warrant date. If every eviction is like that, then they get behind schedule.

The marshal optimisticly showed up as scheduled on Tuesday for a lock change, found the Truemans entrenched and fighting for tooth and nail, and put them on the schedule for a day he has the crew to put them and their hoard on the streets (Tuesday, 6/2.)

I'm sure this won't be the end of Laur's insane court filings, but Tuesday is the day the real fireworks should take place.
 
Mark my words, once she is physically removed from the property she will go absolutely ballistic against that Marshal. I don't know that we will have access to it but she will file every complaint she can against him, send untold number of emails to his administration, and probably attempt to get an attorney to take her case on the promise of paying after they've won. I am going to say a silent prayer for the clerks at the local Prosecutor's Office once the police department refuses to file a report or press charges against him for assault or whatever other pretend offenses she can dream up while sleeping in a parking lot. She is going to be a serious pain in the ass of every official that she believes can help her either get back into the house or extract money from someone just doing their job.

The SERIOUSNESS of her tweets making it sound like she just won an Oscar and it getting like 12 views is just too-fucking-funny. They can't be making any money out of this so what's the point? Who is this for? It really borders on schizoposting.

Are they waiting on their big break while making awful iPhone movies and telling everyone they won awards at festivals no one has ever heard of? It's just so *weird*.

I understood the IG botting and follower buying, as all influencers do that, but all of her other sm is just bizarre.
 
Jasmine Aiken has filed a bunch of things under LT-310709-24/QU in order to get taken off the case and get Laur a 30 day stay to get a new lawyer or officially declare herself pro se. I've uploaded them here but it's mostly just old things that Laur has filed but for some reason one of the things uploaded was an attachment Laur sent to the Marshal of her driver's license:

Edit: I just realized that Laur sent the driver's license pic to the Marshal in January 2026 and it expired in August 2025, but we're the criminals and not the crazy bitch driving on an expired license :story:
