Per lolcow, it seems Laur has gotten her entire housing case redacted (I did search for the case and came up with nothing.) She's working hard to cover up the evidence of this latest eviction, likely in an attempt to scam another landlord.

As a reminder: the Truemans moved into their current apartment June 12, 2020, with a two year lease ending July 2022. They went to a month to month lease in August 2022. All of this happened while covid rental protections were still in place, making eviction impossible for nonpayment.

They stopped paying rent in September 2023 (or they ran out of covid gibs me dats.) They have been squatting for nearly three years.
 
Hopefully, any landlords in Queens, New York will still be able to discover that Laura R Trueman, Earl Diamond Trueman, and Lillee Jean Trueman are nuisance tenants who do not pay rent and have faced eviction multiple times. When deciding whether or not to rent a New York City apartment to Laur Trueman, a potential landlord should consider that she owes tens of thousands of dollars in rental arrears to Vincent Jin as revealed by Queens County court filings, some of which are archived in this thread. Signing a lease with scammers like Laura Renee Marks Trueman, Diamond Earl Trueman, or Lilly Jean Truman risks years of unpaid rent and the need for onerous legal action to finally evict them.
 
...y'know I'm very surprised they haven't tried to change their names. Everyone knows who Lillee Jean is, but Lily Jeanne? She's new, and she is a famous actress whose mother doesn't dox people.

Which is of course a load of gobbledygook. I've seen this before with painters that made total shite and needed a lot of words to hype up their garbage.

I'm not sure if that's the right case. LT-310709-24/QU is the one with the eviction warrant and the last filing was two OSC denials that were uploaded yesterday. The New York Court system is a pain in the ass to search because they have the New York State Unified Court System and the Web Civil sites. I forget which one it is that you need to modify the search because it defaults to only looking for cases that are open with future appearances.

They're kinda fucked either way. Monday is a holiday and I doubt any judge is hanging out to rule on schizo babble over a holiday weekend. Here's some old screenshots from lolcow:

Laur's go to insults use to be saying that everyone was on welfare and didn't pay their taxes. Now her entire family has tax warrants and are being evicted, but somehow this is all our fault because the conspiracy is so powerful that we managed to make Laur make horrible financial decisions way before the internet was laughing at her. I love how Lillee is now a STEM queen when her mom failed to detect sarcasm about reverse hacking and they still can't tell the difference between a forum and an imageboard.
 
I’d like to see LJ reenact all those old America’s Funniest Home Video bits of getting stuck in the dishwasher, falling ass over teakettle in improbable situations, getting a softball to the nads, all that lowbrow physical comedy stuff. Her dwarvish proportions and manic grin would send the bit hard and I genuinely feel this is a viable niche for her acting career. Like a particularly gormless Steve-O.
 
Laur is still refraining from filing any further documents to her state civil supreme court case - and as has been pointed out, the courts were closed Friday and will be closed again on Monday for the Memorial Day Weekend holiday. After Monday 5/25/26, the marshal can come to forcibly move the Truemans out at any time.

As a fun reminder, enjoy this document filed by Lawyer Dong. It shows Laur's lawyer agreeing that any payment made after April 2025 would not create a new lease - the very thing Laur claims happened when the landlord accepted her partial payment for rental arrears. She also failed to pay the $3200 / month rent from April 2025 onwards, which she also agreed to do in order to have a six month eviction stay from April - October 2025.

Laur is still refraining from filing any further documents to her state civil supreme court case - and as has been pointed out, the courts were closed Friday and will be closed again on Monday for the Memorial Day Weekend holiday. After Monday 5/25/26, the marshal can come to forcibly move the Truemans out at any time.

Oh boy, she dropped the idea that the appellate court made a clerical error right quick - but as you point out, this plea will fall of deaf ears as there is no court today, the last day before they will be evicted.

Instead, Laur is claiming that Earl is too old to be moved anywhere because she filed an APS case. Did you notice how Earl has miraculously recovered from paralysis and is no longer bedbound? Now he's just a housebound senior citizen. Laur's second angle remains that a partial payment for rental arrears (via a loan they will never pay back) erased all past AND future rental debts and magically created a new lease for eternity.

Maybe she'll publish more lunacy today, instead of packing or doing literally anything to prepare for tomorrow's eviction.

That isn't anyone else's fault except Laur's and yet, instead of working on securing safe housing for that individual, she's trying to pass the fault and responsibility off on the landlord and the court system. Laur was the responsible adult here and now her potentially handicapped husband will be homeless. I don't put it past the woman to exaggerate to get her way; however, if this is even remotely true she should be investigated for the endangerment of those in a protected class.

Yeah, reporting herself to APS - since she's allegedly Earl's caregiver - is a real facepalm move. At best, they'll just relieve Earl's care from Laur (along with his social security check).

I hope Vincent calls the marshalls on the Truemans at the stroke of midnight. I do like how she's adding the PLEASE EXPEDITE at the end. Laur, the entire time this eviction case has gone on you could've gotten your daughter a bachelors degree instead of paying for fake movie awards and useless acting classes.
