We still never received a proper answer about the golf event money (even in both of Jirard’s big comeback responses) which was a big concern since the Open Hand Foundation were only putting the money they earned from the Indieland streams on their taxes.

Jirard’s super lucky this didn’t happen a year after it did because we would have had access to Open Hand’s 2023 tax filings and would have been able to calculate the exact amount earned from Sponsors at the PBD 2023 golf tournament.

Dunking on Karl and Muta is good ol fun but it shouldn’t give leeway to bad parties like Jirard. Jirard did address the golf money in one of the videos. The information is all over the place. Due to Covid money for the golf event in one year came in under different years. Also, has the accounting explains, Karl made a number of errors for example assuming that they were reporting golf revenue as gross rather than net. In his response, the accounting explains and backups up with evidence why Karl got it wrong.

The argument that an indigent foreigner who already lost in his home court against the Defendant and owes him nearly a Million Buckaroos should have to post a security is pretty strong in my opinion.

From my cursory google research it is also not unusual for courts to require this.
