Well, considering that most of the NATO countries in Europe have been reliant on US funding for decades to prop up their poorly equipped "armies," what few they have, and considering that America is currently under leadership that doesn't even know how to protect our own people much less anyone else? I'd wager right and properly fucked. If Russia wants they don't even have to fire a shot at Europe, they can choke off resources at a rate and scale the US wouldn't be able to offset after crippling our own energy production and manufacturing/production capabilities. If the Russians do decide to spread militarily through Europe, I'm sure some of the smaller Baltic countries would put up a hell of a fight just out of sheer hatred. Western Europe is fucked for the most part, the UK could probably fair alright and even the Ruskies probably know not to try Switzerland. But most of them would probably capitulate anyway because if most Americans don't want to die for Ukraine or Bidens blunders, why should anyone else?

Russia is not wealthy or populous enough to take over Europe. It's big enough and well-armed enough to make trouble near its own borders, but the Sockless Buttfuck Squad isn't going to be able to hold Kiev to the Atlantic. And I don't think they have that in mind at all.

France has made efforts to maintain a strong military. I think Ukraine has the largest by manpower but very poorly equipped and no real air force. Poland and Turkey I think are also okay I think and against Russia. Baltics are definitely going to fight even if it’s with Mosins. UK should be fine defensively but no idea if they can really project.

In the literal sense? Not likely. Rolling into Ukraine is one thing, rolling past Ukraine into other places is orders of magnitudes beyond what anyone would tolerate.
In the strategic sense? Very. They do have militaries, but they're notoriously undersized. Decently equipped, can't speak to training but I'd assume all the US equity bullshit dialed up a few notches has impacted things on that front. This means that Russia can exert a lot of economic pressure without fearing a military retaliation, as they'd mostly have the upper hand there.
For Germany Specifically, they've got 160,000 servicemen and a few tens of thousands in reserves, but only 60k or so of that is in the ground forces, and not all that 60k is actual combat units, support and logistics are in there as well. France isn't much better at only 200k. Russia's got near a million, and another couple million in reserves, mostly a side effect of mandatory military service. Its less about how well they would fair fighting eachother, and more that the balance of power is generally towards Russia enough that nobody will want to start that fight in Europe, even if they're getting bent over a barrel on natural gas prices.
