Biden goes where he's told. They can walk him right into a woodchipper if they want to. As to getting away with it, that's even easier. You obviously have no idea the laundry list of shit they've already gotten away with, or you wouldn't doubt the ease of it.
We aren't talking about the Democratic party here. We're talking about the people who tell Democratic and Republican parties what to do, while making sure that neither ever gains enough power to shake free of their control. The current state of things is not in spite of them. It's because of them. They want the Progressives humiliated as much as they want the Populists vilified.
Neither the voting bill nor BBB would benefit the status quo, since they want the Dems utterly dependent on corporate money to keep existing. They like the things that happen in a bipartisan manner, like massive cash bailouts for big business and an ever-expanding military budget. What they don't like is people with political power who don't need their money, like Trump. The permacheating vote bill and the trillions in money for dems to launder into their own pockets bill are both dead because the status quo demands that they must be. If it weren't Manchin or Sinema, it would be someone else.

There's been more Russian troops in Crimea than Ukrainian ones, and this has been the state for over a decade. There was no need for an invasion at all, all the troops had been there for a long time. They simply left their bases and surrounded Ukrainian bases, not letting anyone out.

I blame late and stupid Union leader who endorsed Biden for New Mexico's 2020 outcome, who fucked all of the workers over thanks to Keystone. Probably depends again if some retard workers' group president wants to strike twice.

The things to watch are this:
Rapid Ready Brigades (or the modern equivalent): These are the units that can be wheels up in less then 12 hours. A LOT of forward support units (Now known as Sustainment Groups) that can get in, establish an FOB in hours, with light vehicles that can be moved by C5 or C141, with some infantry backup to provide support but usually MP's (that way you're just moving REMFs). The light armor, mechanized infantry, and chopper support units will be next. Watch to see how many air units are moved to Germany or other European bases.
SOCOM: If SOCOM suddenly goes red wire, you can be sure that some shit is up.
If National Guard units start getting rotated to Poland, Germany. That way they can get to the Ukraine quickly without the 9 hours of flight time from CONUS.
Now, interesting point: Obama Admin deactivated the last of the armored units in Germany in 2013, along with most of the other US assets in Europe. 2014 comes and the Ukraine gets invaded. Interesting, no?
BUT, another thing to watch for is if passes get revoked, people get pulled off of leave, and shit like that.
Watch for lots of planes hitting post air fields.
PMC's are all for shooting Snackbar guys, but fighting Russia? No.
Peace-side, watch the rhetoric. Notice that they aren't talking about how from the Ukraine you can hit Moscow with 10 minutes of flight time. If training standards are still the same, the Hawk guys (or whatever they have now) can get it from dead to in flight in less than 15 minutes. So, roughly 30 minutes from dead systems to missiles hitting.
Personally? This is a Europe thing. Let their super-elite broom handle trained militaries handle it.

You shouldn't. Writing had been on the wall since the 90s that unions were bad for the longevity of good workers careers. Great for making sure the alkie incompetents couldn't get fired, right up until the plant shut and that's about it.
Send a signal to the russkies. Something along the lines of "please don't cut off the gas and kill all our 50+ year olds".
Something I haven't seen much talked about is how much by the balls Russia has Germany in particular when it comes to energy.

You’re missing the blatant violation of Russia’s agreement made with the Budapest Memorandum. The US and UK signed strong security assurances along with Russia to have Ukraine give up it’s nuclear weapons in exchange for guarantees that Ukraine will have its sovereignty and 1994 borders respected. There were also multiple instances of Russian sabre rattling over the past few years, like closing off half of the Black Sea and previous build ups. Ukraine has every right to join NATO as an independent state, and until Russia started making threats NATO was only stringing Ukraine along with no progress made despite Ukraine begging for a membership action plan.
