It seems like Gorsuch is the one who asked the simple "is it constitutional?" questions and made a point that Joepedo was using the mandates to get around legislation doing it. But as we saw in 2020, you can work around legislation and SCOTUS will do nothing (including Gorsuch), so I don't know. They'll be gay and strike down the OSHA mandate but keep the healthcare one.
It was very scary to see how almost all SCOTUS acted the way your parents do when you try and teach them things on their phones, that they've lived in such a bubble they have no idea how the outside world operates and covid is just around the corner everywhere if you're not vaccinated.
