Considering how his mother had to essentially bribe the family to get them to accept James, it's safe to say that it was expected that he was a sped. Given how they managed to produce a son, they were willing to cut him some slack, but unfortunately he kept getting more and more useless, until they have no choice but to divorce. The mother probably had the means to raise the child, but not both a child and a manchild.

Has it been established on what level of the sped chart James falls under?

I'm surprised to see James has a thread on here. He blocked me many years ago because I kept telling him to join the PLA. I think I even made a promise to him that if he did, I would enlist in the American military and we would meet on the battlefield in WW3. Good times.

It's a shame Null (and most people who cover James) never watched the dating show episode. It's some of the most entertaining lolcow content out there.

His mother is fate. Without his mother his situation would be very different. Makes you wonder about chinese women.
