Bollocks. The usual DARVO bullshit. Fuck off Jack, you lying grifting cunt.
You know, honestly, even though I hate violence coming to anyone, I feel like all of us collectively as humanity need one of these LARP people to actually experience the reality rather than their TV-show based LARP about what living in fear of violence is like. Someone who wanted to take out Jack Monroe could do so at any time and there's not a damn thing she, the "police advising her to hide" and anyone else could do about it. If people are obsessed with you and you haven't yet been murdered then guess what, they don't want to murder you. Somebody else might, but those people clearly don't.

And this is all over what, ten pounds? She could have simply refunded and there would have been no legal events at all. But as she's made clear, she refused to do so because she's entitled. She initiated the pattern of "violence" by fraud and other actions, now she wants the "cycle of violence" called off before she has to experience the consequences of her actions.

She's really not making it any better for herself with this - if it was a surefire win, (a) why did she need to raise money for the legal fees for her pro bono/no win no fee lawyers, and (b) why did she not proceed with what she thinks she was guaranteed to win?

Jack knew that Lee would obliterate 'her' in Court.

It's the same reason Steve Bray (or whatever he's called this week) won't sue Lee, because Lee recently asked him if a blog post which calls Steve aka David Allen the following is true:

* A fraudster for trying to arrange a charity football match, allegedly for 'Live Aid', in 1985 but whose interest was in pocketing the funds this match at Port Talbot FC would raise and not helping Africa.

* A thief for his involvement in a 'Water Board' scam in 1987, referenced in the December 1987 edition of the BBC's 'Crimewatch UK' whereby thieves would pose as Water Board officials and try to access the homes of elderly and vulnerable people in an attempt to steal money from them and also for being involved in a violent break-in in the town of Barry in December 1988 whereby an elderly couple were robbed of money intended for their family for Christmas - a January 1989 episode of HTV's 'Crimestoppers' features this.

Lee asked Steve about these and Steve's reply was telling - a straight Twitter Block, and no 'I will be able to counter these serious allegations.'

I tried to ask Steve about them, when I was on Twitter, and got blocked with no reply.

Sending a lot of mixed messages, Jack.

Apart from perhaps two now-deleted tweets, I think screenshots of these tweets have all been posted earlier, but I'm just rounding them up with the text & archive links. Remember, everyone, Jack is autistic and so "literally can't lie".

You have probably heard by now that I did not attend the court hearing today. This was following the recorded, direct, specific advice of the courts. I have proactively consulted with and communicated with the courts and Police, kept extensive records of communication, and made several attempts to pay the litigator long before today, of which I also have clear and true records.
I am fully aware of the potential consequences of my decision, and have faith that justice will be done - and that the truth will out.

Jack Monroe (@BootstrapCook) · Jun 15, 2023 · 4:47 PM UTC
And for the record, I have attempted to pay the litigator at least seven times.
April: took cash to an event I was talking at that he had emailed the organisers to say he would be attending.
May: via the company he used to serve papers
May: asked the court for ways to pay
May: attempted Patreon refund, unsuccessful because it was in January and they only allow refunds from the previous 90 days
June: when he telephoned me,l
June: offered by Twitter DM
June: offered by Twitter DM
I don’t like being lied about. This isn’t about the money for this guy, it’s about the humiliation and the stress and the game. Seven times.

Jack Monroe (@BootstrapCook) · Jun 15, 2023 · 4:54 PM UTC
And he signed up to my Patreon on the 7th of January and paid £10.
On the 9th of January he messaged to say he was taking me to court for not sending him the goods. Two days later. He hadn’t provided an address when he signed up so had opted out of receiving them anyway. But… two days between signing up and threatening small claims court. Two. Days. Yes I should have nipped it in the bud there and then, but, it was TWO DAYS.

JessJ 🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺🇺🇦 (@LaineyJ25) · Jun 15, 2023 · 5:13 PM UTC
Clearly this is what he intended to do all along.

Jack Monroe (@BootstrapCook) · Jun 15, 2023 · 5:16 PM UTC
Yes. And he stated in his initial contact that he had been a backer for a long time and claimed I had denied him a refund (untrue). He messaged anonymously with no details of his pledge, and did not provide a name that I could check against until the small claims court letter came in, so I had no idea he had joined two days prior. By which time it was too late to stop the juggernaut. This whole thing has made me very very ill, but I’m emerging and I’m coming back swinging.

Did you not see the bit where I have attempted to and offered to pay SEVERAL TIMES and the litigator has refused to provide bank details or accept payment in order to force the outcome he wants. He has openly, publicly admitted, here on Twitter that even me settling the 'debt' wouldn't stop him.

I’m not at home at the moment and haven’t been for some time- acting on police advice - and won’t be returning for the foreseeable future. As fun as it is to watch them all ringing my video doorbell and peering in my windows, fleet streets finest should probably save themselves the fruitless trip to the seaside and leave me and my family the fuck alone.

Jack Monroe (@BootstrapCook) · Jun 15, 2023 · 5:03 PM UTC
I’ve had to split my family up and we are all staying separately for our own safety. I’m in absolute fucking HELL, thankyou very much to the trolls who have been sharing my home address all over the internet with no consideration for the CHILD who lives there. Because yes, despite their ridiculous lies, I am the parent with primary custody of my son, and always have been. He thankfully has no idea what’s going on, and no longer reads my Twitter because it’s too toxic and upsetting for him. Leave me alone so I can get well, please.

I have been very unwell for a very long time as a direct result of constant, daily, horrendous harassment and abuse both online and seeping into my physical and tangible everyday life. Today I woke up in someone else’s home, having slept better than I’ve slept in months, feeling calm and safe and ready to fight back. I know I’ve been disorganised and chaotic around some stuff, I live with myself. Everywhere I go, there I fucking am. I don’t need to be told I can be messy sometimes! But I’m trying to sort it all out. And to do that, I need space and peace and my friends and family and a clear head. Onwards. X

Jack Monroe (@BootstrapCook) · Jun 15, 2023 · 5:22 PM UTC
And I know I’m in a better headspace, because I opened their kitchen cupboard to find about four tins, one saucepan, and very little else, rolled my sleeves up, and knocked us up some dinner. 😊

And as we’re setting records straight here: the Lee Anderson libel money was donated in full to my old food bank, along with everything else that went into my PayPal in that time period. I ringfenced the lot and set it aside - exactly as I said I would do - I didn’t want to try to work out what was what so easier to just donate every contribution and assume it was all for any potential legal action.
I have the receipts, so does my agent and so do several journalists, and out of concern for the small charity and not wanting to direct a pile of trolls at them, we won’t be naming the beneficiary publicly. (I’m under no legal obligation to do so; I checked.)
You either believe me or you don’t, but I know I did the right thing. In my long and thorough experience, the trolls won’t be swayed by the evidence anyway, so I’d far rather protect a small group of kindly volunteers who saved my life, than pander to a large group of abusers who are determined to end it.
That’s all. Hunkering back down in the bunker now.

Simple question Jack. How much money was donated to fight the libel case against me that never happened? I'm sure Twitter would like to know.

Jack Monroe (@BootstrapCook) · Jun 16, 2023 · 9:20 AM UTC
Is it the reading or the comprehension that you’re struggling with on this one here, Lee? I let you off the hook once - walked away from a surefire win for me and an almost guaranteed obliteration for you and your cronies - but that doesn’t give you a free pass for life to continue to use Twitter to hound and harass me, or anyone else. Take good care, have a nice life, and perhaps spend your time serving the constituents and taxpayers who pay your wages and expenses, rather than spending their money on abusing someone in very poor health for your own entertainment.

Did she just dox him again? His first name is on the screencapped DM.

I was thinking that Jack should embrace the opportunity to disclose her finances. It's so on-brand for her. Her following has been built up by a combination of over-sharing and forced-teaming ('we're poor together, they're Tories and want us to die, donate to stop them!').

When life gives you court orders, make compliance your next bit of activism. Being frank here could do some real good. Lots of people are struggling but there's a big social taboo about saying what you earn and what you've got in reserves. It could open a national conversation. She could team up with Martin Lewis and get some mileage out of financial openness: everyone's made a few bad money decisions, here's how to fix it. Even if you're feckless, even if you have CCJs etc. Even a famous bootstrap cook can get into a money mess but it's okay. Let's get it all on the table.

This strategy would do much to rehabilitate her image, as long as she isn't, in fact, a luxury-shopping-addicted, serial-fraud-committing, comfortably-off, middle-class liar.

btw, saw the Gengar got married, congratulations! May your union be a happy one.

The problem is that Jack thinks that as she is on 'the right side of history' she doesn't have to prove anything, yet she has no issue in rounding on those with whom she doesn't agree.

There's also one of her 'fan club' members called Simon Harris - supposedly raises money for 'charidee' but refuses to provide proof as to where the money goes.

'Errrmahgawd, it's on the GoFundMe where the money goes...' he once said to a concerned Twitter user, before hitting the 'Block' button.

Yeah, it's absolutely impossible to use GoFundMe etc. for fraudulent reasons...

‘Every accusation contains a confession’ is something I am finding out to be very, very prescient…

The Tattlers picked up on something Jack said about donating the money she raised to sue Lee Anderson.
Jack Monroe dijo:
the Lee Anderson libel money was donated in full to my old food bank, along with everything else that went into my PayPal in that time period. I ringfenced the lot and set it aside - exactly as I said I would do - I didn’t want to try to work out what was what so easier to just donate every contribution and assume it was all for any potential legal action.
Jack says that she "donated in full" the money raised to sue Anderson to her old foodbank, and that she had "ringfenced the lot". But despite having ringfenced it, she couldn't work out how much had been raised and so just donated "everything … that went into my PayPal in that time period." The time period being from about mid-May 2022.

The Tattlers pointed out that when Jack fucked up the sales of some merch (by not turning off the sales at the end of the campaign), she donated the profits from her PayPal account to the Southend Vineyard foodbank, in October 2022.
storehouse_receipt.jpg
So clearly not all the money "that went into [her] PayPal in that time period" was part of this most recent donation. Jack Monroe’s 'Dead People Can’t Riot' & 'This Is An Eton Mess' Merchandise Raises £11,369 For UK Food Banks – COOKING ON A BOOTSTRAP (archive)

The Tattlers pointed out too that Jack solicited donations to her PayPal account in what they call "HH2", her blog post to mark 10 years since she posted "Hunger Hurts", on 31 July 2022. The Curse Of The Poverty Hangover, Ten Years On | Jack Monroe – COOKING ON A BOOTSTRAP (archive)

Separately, one of the Tattlers posted what they say was the background to Jack posting the original "Hunger Hurts" blog:
MooBelle dijo:
Yup. The whole 'hunger hurts' blog from all those years ago was when SBs dad had a new baby.

Mum of the year Jack (sarcasm) had her son 3 days a week. The other 4 he was at his father's. Jack could happily do her £27k a year job because his dad did the giant's share of the care giving and financial support.

All of this has been stated by Jack over the years.

SBs sister was born with a very serious health condition and was very poorly at birth (again all documented) His dad couldn't do a couple of nights with SB because he was sitting at the incubator with his poorly newborn. Jack threw a tantrum and wrote 'Hunger Hurts' in spite to embarrass his father as being a neglectful father.

The rest is history.

I've some bits to add from the Tattlers over the weekend, but here's @Legal Gengar 's thread. I've stuffed the rest of the tweets into the archive individually.

Here's the text of the thread with images interspersed:
Legal Gengar (@LegalGengar) · Jun 17, 2023 · 10:35 PM UTC
Here's the truth about my case. It's going to be a long thread, sorry. There's just so much to say.
1. I did sign up on 7th January 2023. I read the Guardian article on 8th January and sent her an email asking for a refund with my details. I never got a reply.
2. I did send her a DM from this account on 9th January 2023. It was not a very nice DM because I was so angry at how she'd taken us all for fools, and I am sorry I lost my temper and sent it.
3. I provided my name and address when I signed up for Patreon. I did not opt out of receiving anything, as that would be pretty silly when I expected to receive actual postcards. My Patreon details are the same as the ones on all of the claim form, the court order, the sworn affidavit, etc. and she has been in possession of them the entire time as far as I know.
4. I believed the postcards and other content (e.g. the discount code) would be sent to me every week, based on what the tier said. I have never received anything from her sent to my address, and there are no Patreon posts with the discount codes either, nor an online shop to use them on that I could find (the one I did find is down for maintenance).
5. It is open to her to have the CCJ set aside if she truly believes it should not have been awarded. This sends it back to the claim stage, where both sides then have to make their case in front of a judge or settle, etc. I have not received notice of any such application. The court will not set aside a CCJ without that application.
6. I have never claimed to be a long-term Patreon backer. I cannot be: I only signed up on 7th January 2023. She has misinterpreted what I meant by me supporting her, i.e. in the same way you might support your local football team but that doesn't mean you actually give them anything, just that you support what they do.
7. As I understood the content to be sent out on a weekly basis, I gave her until the end of January before I filed my small claim case. During the small claim progression, she then had an additional 28 days to pay me £45 (£10 + £35 court costs) and the claim would have been settled without a CCJ being issued. She could also have paid me the £45 any time up until 28th March and the CCJ would not have been registered. I have waited and waited and waited for payment which could have been sent at any time.
8. She could have still paid me at any point up until today, and the CCJ would be marked as "satisfied" although the amount owed has gone up significantly since February.
9. She claims to have made at least 7 payment attempts. I have never received anything at the address I gave her on the claim form, the judgment, or the court orders where it clearly states you can send a postal order, a cheque, or cash to the address listed. The only time she's ever even offered to pay was on Friday 2nd June 2023.
10. When she doxxed me on Friday 2nd June 2023, I rang her. I obtained her number from the process servers who served her the court order on Friday 26th May 2023. I did this because she has blocked me and I didn't know what else to do, or how else to contact her urgently, to get her to take her horrible post down. I have never called her since, I have not shared the number with anyone, and I am certainly not going to doxx her.
11. On the phone, she offered to pay me. I accepted. She asked for my bank details and for me to email them to her. Given the circumstances, I pointed out that she could just send the money to the address on all of the paperwork. She then said that I would not get what I want from the hearing, and that she intended to turn up and force me to take money on the day so that the hearing wouldn't go ahead. I then ended the call and notified the court of the doxxing.
12. Throughout this process, I have been pressured to simply accept the loss and walk away. Attempts have been made to intimidate me into not pursuing my legal rights. This has come from both her and various "anonymous" accounts on Twitter and via email to me.
13. On Friday 26th May 2023, she was personally served by my process servers at her home address. This was all sworn to by the server in an affidavit witnessed and stamped by a solicitor.
14. On Wednesday 14th June 2023 at 2pm, I went to Southend County Court, court room number 9. Members of the press and an independent observer were outside when I arrived. I have not contacted the press, it has since been made clear to me that other people on here did specifically so they would be there for the hearing. The independent observer followed me into the court building, and was there when the senior court officer came out, asked me who I was, and then went to look for the defendant. He said "We'll give her 10 minutes to turn up".
15. The officer then returned and stated that she had sent an email to the court that had "just arrived" and stated she would not be coming. He then took me into the court room to explain what would happen now. He mentioned that she had made allegations of harassment against me and I understood that to be why she was not attending. The contents of the email weren't disclosed to me.
16. The non-appearance (a civil contempt) was referred to the Judge who was not present that day, but would be in the next. I was told I could submit a statement about the matter, and I have, to the Judge and that the Judge would consider appropriate next steps. I also sent copies of the Tweet where she claims the court advised her not to turn up. As I understand it, there will be a public hearing into the contempt matter, and it is probable that another private hearing will be rescheduled later on. I have not heard anything from the court yet.
17. As the contempt is a matter for the court to deal with, and the hearing was purely information gathering, not an enforcement process, I have been advised that I am still entitled to proceed with enforcement, i.e. bailiffs, etc. separately. I am considering what to do next.
18. I have never doxxed her. I have never shared her address publicly or her phone number with anyone. The only written correspondence sent to her address has been the claim form that the court sent to her, and the court order served on her. As stated above, I called her to end the doxxing and that was it.
19. Her DMs to me on Friday 2nd June 2023 are genuine—I have just seen them in my "other messages" inbox. It says I am still blocked though, so I can't reply to them.
20. I have still not received my money. I do not want to share my bank details because I can't trust that they won't be posted on here publicly. I am happy (and have always been happy) to accept a cheque or postal order to my address for the full outstanding amount (inc. costs) which currently stands at £425.04.
21. Various press publications have been in touch with me about this entire matter, including the Daily Mail, the Guardian, Private Eye, the Telegraph, and smaller independent publications. I have yet to respond to them.
22. Ultimately, you should all be careful who you give money to online because you might not get what you pay for. I believe, based on the intimidation and harassment I have received over asserting my legal rights, and her attitude towards me about refunding what was a tiny amount (i.e. by ignoring me and then gaslighting me, and then doxxing, harassing, intimidating, and lying about me), that she felt she was entitled to keep my money because why would she not have just refunded me?
23. On a personal note, this entire process has and continues to take a huge toll on me. On the one hand, it feels surreal and ridiculous. On the other, I never thought simply asking for what I paid for would result in this, but I think it is an important principle: because based on what I have seen, I don't think I'm the first person she's ignored, and I feel sorry for people who don't have their money back despite asking for it. Nobody should be allowed to steal money from others.
24. Evidence will be attached in this thread as a separate post. Replies will be locked until I have done that, and then replies will be opened, because I am not afraid to hear what you have to say and I don't have a comments club.
This isn't the end, and I'm not going to quit until I get the £425.04 back. I have also not forgotten that she has repeatedly defamed me, but that's another topic entirely.

Here is everything I have received in the post at my service address since the start of the year. The top three are the court orders and judgment from the court. I have never received anything from the defendant.

I received the CCJ a few days after 28 February 2023. You can see in the bottom right, it says that if you pay in full within one month, the entry on the register will be cancelled and it's like the CCJ never existed.
You'll also see it says to send payment to the address marked ADDRESS FOR PAYMENT on the bottom, and that the court won't take payment.

The statement about "not being able to stop the juggernaut"? Absolute fucking rubbish. Here's what the CCJ says:
If you did not reply to the claim form and believe judgment has been entered wrongly in default, you may apply to the court office giving your reasons why the judgment should be set aside.
...
Details of this judgment will be entered in a public register, the Register of Judgments, Orders, and Fines.
...
If you pay in full within one month, you can ask the court to cancel the entry on the Register.
...
- Payment(s) must be made to the person named at the address for payments giving the claimant's reference and claim number.
- DO NOT bring or send payments to the court - they will not be accepted.
- You should allow at least 4 days for your payment to reach the claimant (defendant) or his representative.
- Make sure that you keep records and can account for all payments made. Proof may be required if there is any disagreement. It is not safe to send cash unless you use registered post.
- Leaflets on registered judgments, how to pay and what to do if you cannot pay are available from the court.

These receipts prove the truth. RuPaul would be proud.

Attached is the thread as a single PNG file; it's too tall to include in the post itself.

Despite Jack claiming that she donated "everything" that she'd received into her PayPal since mid-May last year to a foodback, because she couldn't work out which donations had been for the non-existent attempt to sue Lee Anderson, she now claims that she has a spreadsheet that tracks everyone's donations:

BootstrapCook-1670079953998577664-thread.png
@BootstrapCook, tweet 1670079953998577664 (archive)

Someone asks why Jack didn't offer refunds or tell those who'd donated where the money was going. Jack responds by saying they can ask the foodbank for a refund "if you're okay with taking food out of the mouths of literally starving people". This has since been deleted (screenshot from Tattle, hence the squiggle).
jack-food-out-of-peoples-mouths.png
Jack Monroe dijo:
If you DM me the name it was donated under, I'll check the spreadsheet - you'd be an exception, seeing as so far all the anonymous accounts claiming to have been donors have gone very quiet when I've asked for proof. l did say at the time that if it wasn't used for the case it would be donated, but if you're okay with taking food out of the mouths of literally starving people to score a cheap point over someone you dislike on the internet, then I'lI give you the charities details and you can contact them and ask for it.

You can see where this tweet used to be in this screenshot of the thread, where Jack gets called on her manipulative language:

Why didn’t you offer everyone refunds for the donated money and why won’t you tell us where our money went please?

(Jack's deleted tweet here.)

Anie (@meliflyon) · Jun 17, 2023 · 3:02 PM UTC
This is such manipulative language clearly intended to make people feel bad for requesting a refund. Not okay.

Jack says she's done exactly what she'd said she'd do with the money raised to sue Lee Anderson by, er, not using it to sue Lee Anderson.

Thankyou Brian, and apologies in advance for the storm that will follow you sticking your head above the parapet; I appear to have a swarm of pests that follow me around the internet at the moment… 😬

Person Does Exactly What They Said They Were Going To Do is admittedly shocking in todays political climate, no wonder they’re in a spin about it

Jack complains that @Legal Gengar both opted out of receiving physical rewards, and also that she couldn't send him physical rewards because he hadn't provided an address. Jack does not answer the question about whether she sent out the physical rewards in February (2023); Jack hasn't sent physical rewards to Patreon subscribers since (I believe) 2020.

That’s not what the ‘legal battle’ is about. The ‘legal battle’ is a guy who signed up to Patreon on the 7th of January (middle of a billing cycle) and then threatened legal action for non delivery of goods on the 9th, 2 days later (goods weren’t due until 4th feb, and the guy actually opted OUT of receiving physical rewards anyway, and didn’t provide a postal address…) It shouldn’t have got this far, but I’m pretty crap at opening my post, so didn’t clock it in time to stop it. It’s tedious and a colossal waste of the courts time and resources, especially as the original claim was brought on false grounds, but they are fully aware of that now. And abuse of the judicial system is taken quite seriously, so I wouldn’t really like to be that guy when this all unravels.
As for the libel case donations, see my timeline.
Facts matter. Have a lovely day. Try not to spend much more of it being entirely wrong on the internet, when you could literally be doing anything else.

Alice Brierly (@brierly_alice) · Jun 17, 2023 · 2:44 PM UTC
Did you send by Patreon rewards out on the 4th Feb?

Jack Monroe (@BootstrapCook) · Jun 17, 2023 · 2:47 PM UTC
I can’t send something to someone who doesn’t provide an address. The signup process is incredibly simple, and the person in question is literally a software engineer so can’t really plead ignorance about filling in an online form… Plus… two days between signing up and threatening legal action should tell you he literally planned this from the off. Wasn’t even 48 hours apart ffs.

Jack complains that people criticising her are all transphobes:

They wouldn't know what that was if it bit them on the backside

Jack Monroe (@BootstrapCook) · Jun 17, 2023 · 2:55 PM UTC
Funny how many of you oddballs turn out to be raging transphobes, isn’t it? The Venn diagram of ‘people obsessed with making up shit about me on Twitter’ and ‘people obsessed with transphobic shit on their timelines’ is pretty much a full circle at this point. ⭕

Jack has made this "Venn diagram of tranphobes" claim several times before:

"And abuse of the judicial system is taken quite seriously, so I wouldn't really like to be that guy when this all unravels." - Jack Monroe, the 17th of June 2023, about a legal case she has attempted to obstruct multiple times and never attempted a defense in. (This is the same legal strategy Alex Jones used btw.)

@Legal Gengar utmost respect to you for your tenacity with this grifter.

Can I ask... Is she still required to attend court and disclose her finances under oath? Will it be an open hearing?

I find it especially funny how Twitter isn't having her "look at my totally-not-professionally-done at a salon dye job (with box dye she found under the stairs at the house she isn't at for her own protection).

Keep fibbing, Jack / Mel. It's worked so well for you already. :story:

tor never lets me upload photos, so no SS sorry, but just searching her name on twitter now gives me about a straight 50/50 split on hate vs arse licking.

i think this one has probably got the right idea: https://twitter.com/Riltn41002/status/1670897188627464197

@Riltn41002
No amount of hair dye is going to change the fact that Jack Monroe
@BootstrapCook
is a lying, thieving, poverty-cosplaying fraud, nor will it help hide her from the courts, the police or investigative journalists. No amount of ‘timeline-cleansing’ or bot farms will be enough now.

Nearly day 39 since the deadline to sue Anderson expired. Rich poverty-cosplayer Jack Monroe @BootstrapCook lies & harasses those asking for refunds & transparency after taking 100s of 1,000s of donations for 1 year. 17d ago she doxxed a creditor. 5d ago she didn’t show in court.

taking legal proceedings forced the situation, but the number of unforced errors she's made since is truly something to behold.

i'd really like to see how her "abuse of the legal system is taken seriously" statement ages, given i'm not sure how else to describe emailing to say you're not coming at the exact time you've been summoned to court.

as with the poster above, i'd like to know if she still has to disclose her finances. either way the walls are closing in, but that would be the piece de resistance.

there's also an interesting medium article (i know, but its mostly screenshots) where they dug up some FB posts i'd not seen about expensive make up at the same time as begging for patreon cos she "can't" afford rent. we all probably know people who actually do make financial decisions this bad, but she's the only one i know of who does so while claiming on national platforms poor people can eat on £10 per week. the author says its all from the original awfully molly blog, and tattle threads and wiki, so nothing new but some us cba to trawl tattle threads and didn't even know it had a wiki so its nice having it all in one place.

That finance hearing is still going ahead, because there's every chance e.g. a third party debt order could get me my money back from her bank account, but we don't know yet.
The bailiffs are just there to make it literally so easy for her to pay by literally giving them the money as she seems incapable of sending it to me. I don't think they'll be taking anything away.
So many opportunities to just pay, like she claims to want to do.

The Tattle wiki is the best part of the site. The threads have an exceptionally low signal to noise ratio.

I'd love to know how I've abused the judicial system and what exactly is unravelling.

Yeah, the hearing is just for informational purposes, and she's still required to attend. I can still enforce the judgment and have the hearing go ahead. It's not a binary choice.

It won't be an open hearing - it's confidential information (i.e. her finances) HOWEVER the contempt hearing will be public.

TBH at this stage, I'm bored of it all and I just want my money back. I think most of Twitter see her for what she is now, and the media are investigating and writing up stories about her so... I feel like my job here is kind of done? What does the Farm think?
