Good call. The donation recipient will be able to do some real good with the money, and an apology is certainly owing.

Even if this particular milk flood stops here, now everyone knows. You see less of the 'what, the nice food poverty lady? nooo' disbelief now, at least on Twitter. The Jack lore is out there.

Apparently I am going to be "prosecuted" for "harassment" for my posts on here, according to an anonymous account on Twitter. Someone definitely feels threatened that I have brought wider attention to her scams.

I still haven't been paid yet, despite offering my (brand new, separate) bank details.

reckon she'll try to get people to give her money towards said prosecution like with that other guy she never prosecuted?

after all, she's too poor to be able to afford it on her own....

The thing which absolutely blows my mind is she pleads poverty, yet turned up to a recent book signing event with a ~£7k (2022 model) Breitling Navitimer on her wrist.

I presume she found it in a puddle.

Edit: Tor Browser is not letting me upload the photo. The Fraus on Tattle have been all over it. This is a link to the screenshot I've been trying to upload

Don't worry too much, the watch thing was covered a couple of pages back, I even made a similar snarky comment/joke about her having found it instead of having bought it.

She's not going to pay - she'll never make the apology (I'm sure she views the request as 'harassment'/'bullying') and despite her claims to want to pay, the two issues are now linked for her. I think you're going to need the bailiffs and/or further proceedings.

I can't compel her to apologise, but then if she doesn't, I'll highlight the fact that she's refusing to issue a FREE apology for getting it wrong. I'm tempted to go for a third-party debt order, but I'll need to re-arrange the hearing to do that.

You were correct that she is trying her hardest to make this process as drawn-out and dispiriting for you as possible. Best of luck going forward

I must stop posting on here for a while. A Twitter account at https://twitter.com/scam_watch_ltd has managed to allegedly work out how to download Tor and monitors and screenshots all of my posts on here for unknown nefarious purposes. Probably to wank over in rage that he's too incompetent to achieve what I have. I'm honestly shocked that he has the mental capacity to achieve that. Some Farmers have been very helpful to me on here - apparently the man behind that Twitter account is someone called Martin Isark, a "food and wine journalist / consumer activist" who is only just below Jack Monroe in terms of overblown professional qualifications (i'M sOoOoOo FoReNsIc - saturn) and general idiocy. He claims he keeps asking HMRC to look into her, but he actually does fuck all to end the grift.

I understand he's probably pissed off that she nicked the Vimes Boot Index idea from him (he's published books about supermarket own brand shit before and thinks of himself as something of an expert). Martin Isark is a known harasser of women - finding out where they live, where they work, takihg photos of their home/work/them in the car, contacting their employer, etc - to the point where his victims reported him to the police. He used to harass women on the Big Brother forum and DigitalSpy, and has the nerve to accuse me - a gay man - of harassing women. TBH I'm not sure what happened after he got reported to the police, but I suspect some sort of criminal record resulted.

Anyway, no doubt he will take a screenshot of this and post it on Twitter as evidence of "harassment" because that is what he does. I am very sad that I must stop posting on here, but he keeps wanking over my posts and claiming there's some grand conspiracy about how I am harassing everyone and anyone connected to this, and it's pissing me off because he keeps threatening me with the police.

If anyone has any advice to get through this trying time (AGAIN!) or kind words to offer, please PM them to me.

Ideally, a well-funded legal team would actually read the posts before advising their client.

Well, that was quick. I'm free to post again - she paid me! This bars any claim of harassment she may have had during the process, and means her CCJ will now be marked as satisfied, but will remain on her credit record for 6 years. It also helps establish a non-binding precedent that others can use to get back any money she owes them.

Will she still face consequences for not showing up to court?

In theory, yes - the court would punish her for contempt under its own jurisdiction.

In practice? Probably not - the court likely has better things to do with its time now the matter has been settled. That's not to say they won't, just that it seems unlikely.

Shame. Actions should always have consequences.

One chapter closes, another one opens. There’ll be more fuck ups to observe eventually at least.

That £425 won't help you much at the commissary when this all unravels and your criminal conspiracy to commit abuse of the judicial process comes out.

Catching up with this thread, and slightly off the current celebratory theme, but it must be exhausting being narcissistic Jack, always wanting to post photos showing off, but then having to justify herself to keep with her facade.

Like showing off her newly dyed hair, but then having to disclaimer it pretending she found the hair dye ‘under the stairs’ (?!).
Or posting a photo in a new outfit, but having to post in replies that the top only cost £4.

Did she ever justify the expensive watch or earrings? Were they from a dead relative? Or found in a discarded box in a skip when she was scavenging for food when she was down to her last 10p one week?

The watch (the more recent occurrence I think) I don't believe so, but the earrings - if we are thinking of the same thing - I believe she has claimed were imitations of a more expensive brand (I want to say Tiffany), or that she borrowed them (claiming luxury items to be 'borrowed' is one of her more frequent excuses) - or, knowing Jack, both. See here and also this (from Geranium, here):
