Tattle are awful at archiving. Someone on there says they archived it but doesn't post the link. If anyone wanted to pursue that further, please do.
I would but I swore off Tattle and just combed through 20+ pages of 'hilarity' to find no archive but lots of pearl-clutching aout vapes.![]()
Hope your employer is ok with this. You haven't done anything wrong.I have the archive of her doxxing me, yes - it was given to me on Twitter. I won't be posting it here, for obvious reasons. You can make do with the screenshots.
Does she think it's illegal to learn someone else's address or phone number? How does she expect anyone to do anything? She's not young enough to not remember phone books, even the UK had them so that's no excuse. She tried to double down by claiming he doxxed her first

...she really is stupid.
(This tweet was also deleted before archiving, sadly)
I remember many years ago when someone introduced me to the concept of fractal wrongness:
I'd say this perfectly encapsulates Jack, except in her case I'd go a step further and suggest it's actually fractal stupidity, she's not just wrong at every level, she's also a moron. Let's break her tweet down
Not only is Gengar calling and writing not actually fucking doxxing, it's literally mandated as part of the fucking legal process. She tried to double down by claiming he doxxed her first
I doubt she has a legal team, but wouldn't surprise me if either one of her beta orbiters, or one of the legal folks she follows has explained that she's a fucking mong and instead of spazzing out on Twitter she'd accomplish infinitely more by actually taking part in the fucking legal process. She has DFE'd all her tweets referencing this. Does she have a legal team? Seems much more likely she's been told to be quiet than decided to.
me too.Hope your employer is sensible about it.
I wish this was true, but a lot of employment rights only kick in once you've been in the job for two years — importantly, given the situation, the ability to file a tribunal claim for unfair dismissal.without knowing the details of @Legal Gengar's employment, it is unlikely to have any serious consequences (i.e. loss of job). if he is on a permanent contract, not on probation, and not already in a disciplinary process, then it would be difficult to fire him. doing so for anything not related to his job performance would be setting his emplyer up for a tribunal. we don't have "at will" employment here unless you're in a temp job or contracting.
Jack dijo:We spoke on the phone* a while ago and I apologised.
*(he called me, having paid for a tracing service a to get my home address and phone number)
I believe we can say with confidence at this point that Jack Monroe has disclosed more personal information about @Legal Gengar than he has about her.Jack dijo:You know these trolls have been sharing my home address online for years? So I have to sit back and take it but not occasionally, mistakenly, humanly, snap back? Just so I know what the rules are here.
Jack dijo:It's scary as for me as well, the person who this has been happening to for 10 years now. Trolls writing to my home address, getting my mobile number no matter how much I change it, maps pinpointing where | & my child live... What I did wasn't right, but I'm broken by all of this.
excellent. i hope she doesn't instantly block all detractors, its quite sad to see someone destroying their reputation by lashing out so i hope she takes it on board. she's a cow though so probably won't.The replies from others are pretty good: "I don't get why you'd do that"; "The fact someone else may have broken the rules doesn't mean it's OK for you to do so in return. Are you an adult or a two-year old?". All has the vibe of an unrepentent child being scolded by a parent.
this is such a relief to hear, well done for standing your ground and i hope this situation isn't causing you too much stress. she really is digging herself a massive hole and i hope the judge takes on board the full extent of her unreasonable behaviour. My employer has confirmed that I am not at risk, once the full facts were established and I explained
Jack Monroe dijo:With all due respect, I don't need to do anything that you demand. He extensively doxed me, writing to my HOME ADDRESS, calling my PERSONAL PHONE. I tweeted his name in a moment of anger, deleted it, and apologised. The rest is between us, not the clown court of social media.
While I 100% understand why you personally don't see any humour in it, and are rightfully taking it seriously, I personally now have this mental image of Jack chasing you round the court with a handful of banknotes desperately trying to make you take them, possibly with some yakkety sax in the background. She said to me on the phone that she was prepared to ambush me at court and force me to take cash before the hearing, to prevent it from happening.
Just remember if you do go the legal route, don't forget to crowdfund a load of money directly to your paypal, then not actually sue, and then refuse to answer questions about it...Regarding the subsequent tweets AFTER I spoke to her on the phone, they are defamatory and I am seeking legal advice on next steps to deal with them
I thought it was commonly understood, and accepted, that everything bought in a pub is stolen goods, why the fuck else would you be buying shit in there?and whether the 2.5kg of cheese one of their husbands bought down the pub was shoplifted.
They noticed that, in two photos from this year's Hay festival, Jack appears to be wearing a Breitling Navitimer, a £7,500 watch.
Typical Tattlers and internet trolls. Seeing Jack yet again with something pointlessly expensive and assuming she bought it herself, just because she's a self-admitted spendthrift. I mean did any of you people even consider the possibility that she just found them lying in the street? Or that she was caused by an evil witch and now she's forever stuck wearing them as some sort of ironic twist of fate punishment. No of course not you just took the easy way out and assumed the spendy-spender went and spent everyone else's money on them, for shameThe Tattlers had previously spotted Jack wearing over £1,200 of Tiffany earrings:
