The funny thing is that he does. He created the Goetia, Hell's royalty.
Why can't they do anything for him? Because Viv is a retard that didn't plan ahead. She wrote the Goetia into HB, which wasn't allowed by A24/Amazon to have any meaningful crossover with HH until well after S2 was finished, and even now probably never will because that would require rewriting S3-5.
So you just have this whole powerful species that
should be controlled at the head by Lucifer and
should be assisting him, and yet does nothing and sits idly until they are needed as a gay love interest in HB.
Then why even show up in the first place just to embarrass himself?
It was an intimidation tactic. Sinners didn't know he couldn't hurt them, so he figured if he showed up and threatened Vox, he'd back off. That was the key detail in the whole "Angel Dust is a hypnotized spy" plotline, he overheard Lucifer say he can't harm sinners and gave that info over to Vox, which is why he started outright antagonizing Lucifer to bait him into the reveal.
Which, yet again, just begs the question of "why not have the Goetia and/or the other sins help out" but that'll never be addressed.
Sorry for the late comment, but Blito's sister looks a bit strange next to her girflriend due to the latter's hair. Is the reason why the former is bald a design thing, or did she and Blitzo burn their scalps when that fiery accident happened at the circus?
They've always been bald, their dad was too. I guess it is just related to horn size, because Fizz was also bald pre-fire and they all have enormous horns compared to other imps.
