I watched it. Obviously I can't stand death match wrestling and think it's completely stupid. I was not a big fan of the episode and thought it dragged on too much. Probably my least favorite episode of the series so far.
Them wondering why Necro Butcher never made it to the big leagues should be beyond obviously why. Guy had no talent other than just hitting people (and getting hit) with light tubes and shit like that. Even TNA had no use for that shit. He also comes off like a reckless asshole for what he did to those ROH guys.

Prior to getting knocked up, she had improved a lot from her NXT days, but she was rusty and had gained a lot of baby weight and wasn't as good in her first few matches back after popping out the kid.

Brandi is utterly insufferable, and was not a hard cut form WWE from what was floating around at the time. She was despised backstage at AEW by the time she and Cody were let go. The fact that she made one appearance, and at Mania where the top guys have a freer hand in their entrances, really says it all. Nobody in the business wants her there, and she was only as important in early AEW as she was because Cody had the stroke as EVP to push for her to be indulged that way.
Things like the gender reveal party being a segment on Dynamite were a big part of why nobody shed a tear when those two morons left AEW.
I still laugh when I think about Malakai Black getting a standing ovation for beating up Arn Anderson after verbally eviscerating Cody in a promo, and Dan Lambert getting massive pops every time he called Brandi a whore in his promos. Heels are supposed to be partially correct, but when the faces are such utterly deplorable douchebags that the heels are 100% right in their insults, they can't be faces anymore. Cody is too stupid to see that and even fought to stay babyface when the whole front row was turning their backs on him, his shirts and weight belts were getting thrown back from the crowd, and he wasn't even getting X-Pac heat by the end of his AEW tenure.

For me Brandi always has and always will be a heel and as far as her embarrassing mom stuff on TNT I didn't watch it.
I only know her from being the insufferable twat she was on the indies and the refusal to be a heel on AEW which ironically made her and Cody even bigger heels in my opinion.

It's depressing. Like she's trying to intentionally ugly up her body with tattoos. They're not anything particularly artistic or meaningful, it's just ugly things like bats and scorpions and a harpy that look like she went into a shop and just pointed at something in the book. It's an insane thing to do to your body just for a bit, especially when her personality is completely at odds with the character she plays. You see her interviews and you can tell she's a preppy cheerleader type girl that's playing theater. Total poser.

Seriously. At least a decade of them bitching and fans starting hashtags on twitter about #divarevolution and #givedivasachance and all the beanflicking themselves over Evolution and finally putting women in the main event of Wrestlemania. They made Becky the face of the company, even putting her over male talents in promos, and right at the height of her push she gets knocked up and fucks off for a year. That should have been the lesson but it keeps happening while fans continue to bitch that women don't get pushed enough. Women's wrestling used to be looked at as a side attraction the same as midget wrestling and it should have stayed that way. Hell, at least midgets don't get knocked up and fuck up all your booking ideas. Where's their revolution? (insert AEW joke).
Although on the other hand I guess if they're gonna keep getting pregnant, then it's better to let them take the time off. Paige's mother, Saraya, was still wrestling for at least 4-5 months of her pregnancy and we all see how Paige turned out.

I would urge everyone to check out her episode of the AEW Unrestricted podcast. For all her talk about how hard it is to be black, she was pretty much raised white by a rich family in the high-end suburbs of Detroit. Her dad was a Ford exec. She is utterly vapid and would be nothing but a trophy wife if not for Affirmative Action and race-baiting. Cody is a complete retard to have ended up with her, especially considering his story about how, on their first date, Brandi "educated" him about "The Struggle" of blacks in America.
Cody and Brandi have massive cases of Main Character Syndrome. They are delusional.
Dusty Rhodes was more authentically black than Brandi could ever be.

I think a lot of it has to do with Anderson being the Bullet Clubs mouthpiece for years having bought him Smark Goodwill, and Gallows is his plus 1/drinking buddy.
I like the Good Brothers, but I readily admit their ceiling is "Goons for the Actual Heel". They're bag carriers and everyone knows it, but the guys they carry bags for can get them gigs.
