I can name only 4 off the top of my head, 3 of which make sense, 1 because I have problems. Anarchy Reigns, Slayers X, Xenoblade Chronicles X, and Sonic R.
Most game OSTs have the issue of having 1-3 really good tracks, then the rest just being "meh" or actual dogshit. Madworlds OST is OK, "Look Pimpin'" being the one track I really like, but it just doesn't compare to AR and the raw "fuck you, cunt!" energy of those tracks. Slayers X's soundtrack is extremely on point as the games vibe of being a late 90's - early 00's teens notebook turned into a game would fall flat on its face without it. The soundtrack legitimately sounds like some Nu Metal bands of the era and I love it for it. XCX's is definitely more "anime" feeling than the other two, but it was very good at setting the mood of the game and it's one of the few times I was looking up the music to listen to independently of the game.
As for Sonic R... well I owned a Saturn as a kid, and we had very few games. I'm not sure if I unironically love the campy ass pop music, or if I've been conditioned like a beaten dog to enjoy it.
