Why does he state his adress as "14 Branchland Court"? Has his old lair already been repaired to the point of semi-habitability?

Eh, can't blame him for this. He's probably trying to hide his new address so his mail gets forwarded from there but I also assume he thinks he'll move back in one day (SPOILER: He won't)

Just a few of the sets Christian wants:

From some other pictures it looks like he already has The Simpsons house:

The kit and special parts are very cool, but unfortunately Lego got the floor plan of the house all wrong, and you'd really need two kits to build it properly.

And when no one sends him hundreds of dollars worth of children's toy sets he will write a profanity laced self-pitying post about how his friends don't care about him and enjoy watching him be miserable and how he needs sex.

Anyone else notice he wants a fire brigade set?wow
How else will he use his voodoo powers to punish those thieving firemen?

I love how people were complaining and predicting this very thing when everyone sent him that gift basket. "It wouldn't happen" some would say. "Fatty is going to get used to this, and beg for more" the others would say.

I think someone owes me a steam game now. :)
You should make a Facebook album of the games you need/want!

I can see a day where Chris will sit outside Toys r Us with a sign begging people to buy him shit.
"I am a 40 year-old, high functioning autistic adult male tomgirl artist, looking for a 0 to any age person to buy me da legos. No darkies."

I still have some empty or nearly-empty Red Lobster gift cards from a couple of months I worked there in the past. (Seriously, giving me your used gift card with only $0.73 on it is not a good tip.) He can have those, then, when he tries (and fails) to pay, we can have the "attempting to dine and dish and get tackled by a restaurant hostess" saga.

Every time I think Chris can't stoop lower, he does it. Nothing is good enough unless it satisfies him and he's never satisfied. His greed is disgusting. I guess he doesn't even acknowledge the people back east who lost their entire homes to tornadoes and all they have are the clothes on their back. They have it worse than him.

This. Fucking this. I just. . .every time, I find myself head-keyboarding & quietly muttering aloud, "goddammit, Chris. . ."

Sadly the tugboat is unsinkable. Law states that it cannot be garnished or restrict by debtors sadly.

So Fatty can run up as much as they will allow him and other then fucking over his credit rating nothing else will happen to him. Not like he'd ever get a real loan anyway.

And I heard that can affect his chance of even living in an apartment. I'm not good with the knowledge of how credit works in the United States but last time I checked, credit is considered before housing takes place. So in other words, he'll be homeless. Wait a second, last time I checked, SSA deposit his checks directly to him to his card or bank account. Assuming that he basically knows how to renew his card in a certain number of years, he'll be a homeless with money. Don't know if he'll be able to afford a home but if he does, it won't last long on him. At least that would mean him spending that money on legos and playing with them in a homeless shelter which would be a very depressing sight. I'll let you guys think of the other possibilities from here in that type of scenario.

Chris wants a Lego Rapunzel tower? I guess he considers himself an irl Rapunzel waiting for the Flynn Rider-esque sweetheart of his dreams to come rescue him from mommy's tight leash and her new rental house hoard.

If you can find a cheap enough place you can probably get away without a credit check. You wouldn't want to live there though. There is also government housing that wouldn't take your credit into account, but again it isn't really a desirable place to live.

Besides reaffirming that Chris is a selfish jerk, it also may signify the end is near for the State Farm Saga, as it seems that Barb is taking more and more of the :tugboat: for herself and her battle against State Farm, which means that the Chandler finances are going to dry up completely or they'll get evicted. Maybe both.

Sending him empty gift cards/LEGO boxes seems like a :ween: thing to do, but it's gonna happen, and we're probably going to hear from Chris about it.

Yet compared to government housing in Vietnam, I heard government housing in America has Internet and full utilities. Also heard there's a lot of mugging in those places or something. Don't know how Chris is going to survive that.

^^Depends where you are. In a place like Ruckersville it might be relatively safe.

I might send him a gift card for Food Lion if I can get a decent amount, or whatever. Everyone deserves the essentials, but I wish he didn't ask constantly for this kinda thing. To think if those two just taught Chris how money worked, or how to express gratitude in the slightest than I can see his life turning out better. But they were so stuck in their "Our kid is special so we can be lazy with him" ways that they accidentally kept him in a childish mindset into his early 30s.

Honestly I want Chris to have the essentials and then have someone he trusts say "Chris, I'm sorry but you need to stop! Save up some of the money you get if you want this stuff and try to find a part time job to make sure you can get back up on your own feet. Look, we all need help sometimes but the unfortunate reality is a lot of people aren't in a position to help you, but they would be more receptive if you help others and make more attempts to help yourself." But I fear that even a slightly critical encouraging speech would be met with him just doing nothing.

His hair is so oily that the handsome hero would keep sliding back down to the ground.

I'll be sure to send him my gift cards to Borders, Linens & Things, Burger Chef, and Kenny Roger's Roasters.

Send him a hint and get him gift cards to the Bath and Body Works.

Internet no, but there are certain standards as far as livability for government housing, so they would have fully functioning utilities. The buildings may not be very nice, and everything may not always work, but they are at least supposed to.

Years ago the government set up large apartment blocks or housing developments, but local governments are getting away from those; too much to oversee and too hard to manage with limited funds. Crime could be a real problem in places like that, with a lot of people in a small area. The trend now is toward government subsidies for private housing, meaning they will pay a portion of the rent for a regular house or apartment. Again, conditions can be rough at those places because many places don't want to accept subsidized tenants, but you don't have the same problems with crime that you would in a large development full of lower-income residents.
