I'd put money into a Sonichu Patreon, especially since he wouldn't get the money unless he delivered.

I enjoy the experience of reading the comic enough to want to pay for it, and I think I'm not alone.

you can buy whatever dumb shit you want with your earned money, but i aint giving a shiftless loser a red cent, na'mean?

Does this mark the beginning of the LEGO Saga, where our favourite autistic manchild struggles to complete his LEGOquest while battling the evil Barbara who takes all his :tugboat: and the mischievous Jewks who refuse to buy him shit?

If you thought the OPL laughs would stop after his hiatus from making videos, you aren't a true Christorian

If his situation doesn't change then I personally think he'll try to steal again. If he somehow manages to be successful then of course he'll try again and he'll get caught. Fuck if I know how that'd turn out but it'd be interesting to see even if he walks out of it with a slap on the wrist.
Knowing what a huge entitled manbaby Chris is, even if he got what he wanted I think he'd resort to shoplifting anyways.

No, it's just the continuation of the fast downward spiral precipitated by him burning down his own house and having to rebuild his life with children's toys. He's raging against the dying of the light, which is getting dimmer every single day.

Really, I'd want to buy a lego set, give the legos to a sick kid in a hospital, and send the empty box to Chris. Heh, and I think Alec suggested this to me, but I'd also want to take a picture of the kid enjoying the legos, send it to Chris with a note that says "thanks for your generous donation." Chris would get really mad and I'd almost think that maybe he's not shitty enough to get mad that some sick kid is enjoying the legos that should rightfully be his... but I've kinda learned to stop overestimating Chris, especially when it comes to just being a good person.
At the oncologist yesterday I learned there is also a special small children's chemo ward there separate from the adult ward. It is the saddest place ever. I was already sort of thinking of doing something nice for those kids, but when I read this thread today Chris managed to galvanize my vague intention into a solid plan. On the way to the followup appointment this afternoon I swung by walmart and bought about $100 in lego sets for them. I didn't bother matching my purchases with Chris' wish list, and I didn't keep the boxes to send to him filled with coal, but I am considering sending him a letter thanking him for the idea. I go back again in three weeks, so maybe I can get the nursing staff and some of the kids to sign it.

So Chris can be a positive force for good. Unintentionally. But still… fuck him.
Does he think he is the only one to have a hard life?
Oh he'll have a hard life all right. He can't conceive how bad things are going to get for him.

Holy crap. Almost 20 pages of this discussion.

I'm now starting to understand the tagline for this forum.

You're absolutely correct - life feels empty unless you have someone to bond with. But Chris doesn't want friends, see. He only wants the fantasy that he thinks friends are, which means he wants people to serve him and tell him he's special and great while he does nothing for them in return. Same thing with his idea of what a girlfriend is.

He thinks gracing mere mortals with his divine presence is more then enough compensation.

Do you think Chris is rude and stupid enough to ask for a PS4 in a few weeks?

Probably making a list of games he wants to go with it right now.

I saw this on Twitter last night. His wish list contains the Lego Millenium Falcon, Death Star and other tatt. I hope he tard rages when no-one buys them for him.

Swallow cola before clicking spoiler tag, not during.

/thread.

Chris is addicted to gain. His toys, his video game collection, his overwhelmingly gargantuan buttocks - all of these things have been stuffed to the gills by totally extraneous purchases. Everybody deserves to have nice things, everybody deserves luxuries to distract from the tedium of life. But with Chris, it's different. Chris can't be happy with one Guitar Hero controller, he needs extras, despite the fact that he never has a second player.

I have a feeling that the gaping, quivering maw that is his desire to acquire will continue to drive him on like like a Lego Stormbringer in the sweaty hands of a fat, poo-leaking Elric of Melniboné, to the point where Chris will inevitably get busted for shoplifting again. He can't help himself. And I cannot say that I feel sorry.

^^
I might send him a gift card for Food Lion if I can get a decent amount, or whatever. Everyone deserves the essentials,
What makes you think he can't afford the essentials? The man is asking for 5000 dollars worth of Legos. They aren't in any danger of going hungry, and never have been. Please don't send him anything at all, what is he meant to learn from that

You know, I might do the same thing in his name

@Mackers: I think Chris and his mom are both unaware enough to buy other stuff instead of the essentials and than run out when they need it most, (it isn't like Barb is that great with money or diet). I know he isn't going to learn anything from this, I don't expect him to unless one of his friends talks to him about why this is wrong.

Today is payday and all of this talk of donations has made me decide to buy a ton of Hot Wheels, cheaper dolls, and a few board games for the families with kids at the city mission. It's not much but thanks, Chris! You inspire positive actions in people with your shitty behavior. ;)

This.

The Facebook post isn't Chris crying because he is lacking the essentials; it's Chris crying because his mommy won't give him money for toys.

I think I'm gonna start a toy drive at my job, send it to the local pediatric ward.
Chris is doing a good thing after all.
