I think you’re missing the point that typically, only a few counties in a couple of swing states actually decide the election. More recently things have been more erratic but generally it doesn’t take much to tip the balance and there are credible stories of hacked machines and fiddled totals out there.

Yeah Somalia has been a shithole my entire life. Is everyone a retard there? Obviously not. Most likely the people in charge are reasonably high iq. But everyone else is kept starving and stupid. Unless covid 2 pops up in 2028, they won't be able to hide Newsom in the basement. Every debate and ad will be about attacking him over everything. Newsom has an entire political graveyard of fuck ups and i'm sure some political operative will be able to find some woman willing to accuse him of rape.

Just because you have some weird hang up about the only major social media site that's appeared in the last 15 years, doesn't mean the rest of us have to.

To be fair, just about everyone involved in this administration's political careers are dead in the water after 2028. RFK can't even run as a spoiler candidate again, no one on the left takes him seriously enough for him to be a challenger to the Dems, and any remaining sane people on the right see him for the lunatic he is, even if they bought into his One Quick Trick style facebook boomer "health reformist" bullshit.

After Vance flops in 2028, he's going to slink back into the Heritage Foundation/Thiel catacombs, throwing out ebic dunks on Twitter to try and remain in the good graces of Trump's fans.
Having lived through almost 30 full years of Bush Jr. and Trump, I can't imagine living under a Republican president who isn't a blithering, emotionally-driven, petty, inarticulate moron. That's just what the GOP is now. Idiotic conspiratorial barbarians with true no morals or principles.
Trump's fanbase has the GOP by the balls, which means Trump has the GOP by the balls, so they have to support every single one of his dementia-addled delusions otherwise they lose their seats. I know it's petty and small, but I can't help but gloat a little at the seething, coping, and dilating going on across all social media right now. This first year of Trump's second term has been a whirlwind of activity and accomplishment and unlike his first term, his cabinet is filled with smart and capable people. In just the last few months, Trump has liberated a communist shithole and set back the mullahs' nuclear program by at least a decade. Like most Republicans, I couldn't be happier. This is what I voted for.
