I think him as a lolcow is hilarious, and I really enjoy laughing at him, but sometimes I can't help but feel bad for him.
I get that he just like all of us is responsible of the situation he lives in, but before he even opens his mouth, you can tell just by his face that he is severely mentally challenged, even have a fetal alcohol syndrome kind of face and his weird body would also suggests he was not properly developed.
At the end of the day, he is a 45 years old man, living in an absolute hell, imagine waking up everyday, having to beg on stream to pay your bills and fulfill your autistic addictions, seeing people enjoying your suffering and screenshotting your flapping jowel monster face and making fun of it, that shit is a dystopian hell.
I am sure the forum has his fair share of absolute sociopaths, but I am interested in your opinion on this.
Also, some people justify it by saying he is a piece of shit, for what exactly? Begging on livestream? He isn't even scamming people catfishing them using love or shit like that, he never hurt anybody (not that he is able to), and I think we all committed bad things so I don't believe that is a legit reason.

I really don't think so, factory workers that have to clock in at 6am have it easier than him I believe. Imagine for one second being the creature he is, he is forced to keep doing this because he is too retarded and socially inept to hold a job, he is getting insulted and made fun of every single second of his pitiful life, and he looks absolutely horrible, doesn't even have kids. He has absolutely nothing positive in his life except maybe his doordash orders and gin, I honestly can't imagine lasting more than a month in his place.

Absolutely not. The factory worker fucked up, he's out on the streets. He's not playing videogames waiting for money to ping it. Phil has a life way more comfier than he deserves, but acts like he's a hard worker that deserves more praise and money that he undeservedly has

The factory worker has hope, he is socially apt to get a life, build a family, quality of life is not strictly physical, mental torture is really a thing, DSP got stripped of any ounce of dignity he ever had and is forced to display extremely pitiful begging sessions publicly DAILY. In the U.S.A, most factory worker are absolutely not fucked up, or at least not that fucked up in my opinion.

Every predicament in Phil's life was caused by himself. If he wasn't such a lazy entitled jackass people wouldn't expect him to make an ass of himself for pennies

I tried giving him a legitimate chat during the kino casino arc. First time I ever tried watching a DSP stream. I made it about 5 minutes. He's such an egotistical un-skilled asshole that blames every issue on everything and everyone else. He thinks he has a job as hard as a blue collar worker while he just sits in his office chair all day begging his dwindling viewers for cash so he can doordash and buy hogan pulls again. AFAIK the only job he ever had in his entire life was a nepobaby do-nothing job at some helicopter place and he managed to fuck that up.

I went in not knowing why DSP got all the hate and came out perfectly understanding why.
 
No. Which is saying something because every other lolcow I follow, there's at least something redeeming, something where they got screwed or had bad luck and it all spiraled, something I can relate to and feel some empathy. There's none of that with Phil.
 
The scrutiny that is applied to Phil is like a schizophrenic nightmare to me, but if I was in that position, I would probably get a job, so it's hard to really feel bad for him. He'll say himself he's got a gaming channel doing the thing he claims to love doing for a living, while you're a sucker who goes to work everyday. Well, ok, let's say I believe him, Phil won and we're the sorry people, why should we feel bad for him? I thought we're the losers?

Yeah but the question of the thread isn't "Does DSP live a miserable life" it's" do people feel bad for DSP", and me personally I have to say no. What do I mean by that? Allow me to explain thus. If we break down DSP's entire philosophy and thought process from the smallest problems to the biggest problems they all follow a core principle:
I did nothing wrong, everything correct, and the only people who disagree are morons and idiots.

Smallest DSP problem: he's bad at video games, keeps dying, can't solve a puzzle.
Does DSP acknowledge that his fine motor coordination, reflexes, pattern recognition, problem solving skills are pretty shit despite playing video games for all his career in the internet? No fuck you, it's not his fault. The devs are idiots, it's Kojima/Nintendo/Cannon Brothers' fault. Everyone who disagrees is a stupid fucking moron piece of shit.

Big DSP problem: no one respects him as a content creator and his financial stability is propped up by weirdo whales

I don't feel bad, but find it just extremely boring, it's always the same: begging for money, bad at videogames, repeat.
When I got into it it was fun for like a month, then it lost all the charm, I don't know how you guys do it for years.
