You can tell that Dev rushed to post that because the bait isn't even good. It doesn't lend itself to Dev's signature doubling down at all because it has no real bearing on anything.

First: Love your work, not trying to be rude. I think you do a great job. One little nitpick, that file is half a gig. I'm guessing it's in like 720 or something but half a gig is a bit much for a forum. Just saying that if it's an option, maybe consider a little lower quality to help out us cellphone browser bros.

Watching this really hammers home how mentally unwell the leaf has become.
I swear, it's gotta be drug abuse. It's the only thing I've ever seen do this to a guy. I think he started abusing drugs, then got utterly destroyed on some topic by someone (insert your own theory here) he couldn't let it go, others pilled in, and so instead of learning to let it go he just decided the right wing was his enemy. And once that started he rejected all of "the enemies" output in favor of only the trans and leftoids who agreed with him on some very limited things, and because they all spew out that it's the end of the world, he now only sees that as the view point.
I mean I agree, America is under A TON of stress right now. Some political violence could pop up somewhere like a riot or something. But civil war? Over fucking what? The Gov deporting a ton of useless freeloaders that contribute nothing? Not letting kids go trans? Now, Look over at the UK (which operates under all the laws and principles that Dev endorses) and that seem to be extremely close to an actuall civil war.
Also, has he ever given a good reason why he is so invested in American politics and not Canadian? Because I hate to tell him this, it's either an admission that America is absurdly more powerful than Canada in every way (It is. Canada's economic numbers as a nation are worse than fucking Alabama's numbers as a state. Talk about a major fuck up.) in which case why are you questioning how we run our nation leaf? We obviously are better at it then your home nation could ever hope to be. Get off the weed and stop trying to drag down a winner, either copy us or shut it. Or he has to admit there's no reason other than engagement bait. Like seriously, have you ever heard of an American talking the politics of another nation like Dev does? Hell, fuck it. Name a member of the Mexican national parliament without having to look it up on wikipedia.
