So having now spent some time gauging reactions, a lot of people seemed to like this one. I’ve seen some say it could be the best fight of 2026 or at least up there with Ichigo vs Yusuke or Cell vs Metal Sonic. Some are debating particulars like the Oregon feat, but most are cool with the verdict, especially now that Chainsaw Man has a win under its belt.
As for the next fight, as was the case at what happened at Comicpalooza, most are looking forward to the next episode, especially since it’s been two years since the last Marvel/DC matchup.
Also, they announced they’re doing pitches again, and all the slots have sold out.
As someone who hates Chainsaw Man Part 2, I don't get why they used all those Vs. Yoru BS feats instead of the ones that would make Denji actually win.
Yoru's feats are pretty bad and boring.
I just find it fun how legitimately mad people are on Twitter over this. Like there was an actual real argument on how “actually, Denji would never trick Yuji into getting kicked in the balls.”

The worst part is that one can easily make an argument for either of them winning.
Denji is simply stronger, tougher and faster (because JJK is slow af).
Yuji has poison blood, much more skill, can attack soul directly and can't miss during domain expansion.
But death battle does this one mix of retarded calc + interpretation + animation choice that completely makes people discredit the entire thing. Oregon sword is really going to be sun disk 2.
And i'm sorry but current death battle is too wanky to rationalize anti feats anymore, it will always start be called out as bias.
