My suggestion is to act as if you've given up and have the site go down and go TOR only in the hours from 3 PM to 10 PM. If they change up their pattern, change the time frame accordingly.
The problem with this path is that it having a state actor assist your operation opens you up to so many more shenanigans.
If I remember correctly, just using a single Russian Cloudflare alternative (DDOSGuard) after the site was dropped by Cloudflare led to a bunch of additional headaches. Also, support from any "state actor that is not the United States" is likely going to come with strings attached, strings Null opposes on principle (e.g., removal of the "Ho Ho Holocaust" meme).
Plausible deniability is what makes the dream work. The Dems and neocons are on record claiming we're Russian Iranian Qatari Chinese bots already, so as long as the tracks are covered competently (XMR and using proxies or Tor for hosting), nothing changes.

BTW, for mobilefags on iOS, you can use the Orbot app as a tor vpn. I’m currently using it with the brave iOS app (the brave iOS app doesn’t have tor built in afaik; and it’s really just an overlay for safari, as are most iOS browser apps).

Theoretically, if KF were able to be ported to some miracle architecture that turned public reads fully static, whether pre-generated HTML or JSON consumed like an API, would that open a path to defeating these massive DDoSes without needing CloudFlare specifically? If read operations never have to touch a DB or server-side code, is it possible to mitigate even the recent titanic attacks and preserve at least read-only functionality? What if WebTorrent/IPFS were integrated to take pressure off media uploads and provide a solution to attempt to preserve this media even those when KF is knocked offline?
In a situation where all ways of defending any normal website fail, is it possible rethinking the normal website from the ground up with DDOS-resistance in mind would open alternative avenues?
Just to be crystal clear, I'm very aware how colossal of an undertaking it would be to rewrite KF with any architecture, let alone one nobody really uses, and even then could be moot in the face of attacks of this scale.

And it's less secure, but you can also use Orbot onion-only mode if you only want it to route .onion addresses through TOR so your normal browsing goes through your regular connection unimpeded.
Kiwi Farms is a dying website; it should have been shut down years ago. Twitter stole all its thunder. The user base sucks; it's full of annoying people spamming slurs and acting like this is the "last bastion of free speech" even though you get banned for the most petty reasons imaginable. Twitter/X stole the slurs bit, and it gets all the news. Pretty much the only thing Kiwi Farms had left was the new lolcows, but Twitter and TikTok have taken that too, so now the only thing left is the legacy lolcows, like Ethan Ralph, Chris-Chan and the other archived threads to read, which is the only thing I will really miss from this site: the obsession with archiving that other social media sites don't have along with the ability to find an audience without being a celebrity, unlike Twitter, but even with all that, this site doesn't make any new interesting content anymore, so I'm glad to see your failures Josh, this site became what you always dreaded it becoming: something awful part 2. I hope you're happy.

I'm not particularly optimistic about political appeals right now. Even if the pendulum has moved further to the right, the problem is that KF's laissez-faire position on speech isn't useful for the right-wing parties currently in power. Both sides of the spectrum are trying to tighten control on online discourse either through hate speech or age verification laws. There might be one or two representatives out there that might be willing to stake their reputation on Josh, but that's not the level of influence he'd need.
The reality is Josh is in a comparable position to Wikileaks, just on a smaller scale. It's very hard to form protective alliances when you're a free agent and you're primarily operating in the domain of internet autism. The only path forward politically would be some legal precedent or legislation that forces these companies to do business with him. Maybe one day that will happen, but it won't be anytime soon and it would probably have to start with a different website.

Yeah, it seems like they're targeting the farms during peak hours in the US. 3PM-10PM EST I imagine, as that's when the site came up last night. They can hit the site for seven hours continuously every day as long as they have the money to do so, but realistically, the scale of the attack isn't sustainable long-term imo. Unless this is some rich retard who can shell out 1000+ dollars a month to DDoS the farms, then I don't think this will last.
I finally connected to Tor. Unfortunately, my internet decided to become Indian and work like shit. How long do you think this will continue if it will end. I am certain we will be fine and Tor isn't that bad either. I am just worried that they will get cocky and act like they are even more invincible. But if they want a dead and ruined internet.
