Snyder, in a rare W realized Rorschach is /ourguy/ and made him the unambiguous hero and everyone else whores and hypocrites.

There’s only one character in Watchmen who Superman would shake hands with and isn’t the blue edgelord, the actual whore, the Silicon Valley homo or the fatass who “quit” when the going got tough.

Walter Kovacs is the hero.
I strongly feel that Snyder’s Watchmen is better than Man of Steel. The graphic novel’s tone and ideas felt like a natural fit for Snyder.

"Shake hands" is not the term I would use. He still gives a brutal death to people. They are the kind that deserve it but Supes would feel it isn't heroic. He would have a sit down and a talk.

Depends on the Superman I suppose, each “era” is a different guy.

I think Post-Crisis Supes would be the one guy writing an article about how the world failed Walter Kovacs and that in spite of everything set against him, Rorschach made a difference and gave his life to expose a cabal of hypocrites, one of which was the only man he ever called “friend”
(Nite Owl in Snyder’s version is an improvement) and they all were tested and found wanting, except for the homeless incel who stank and associates sex with violence.

That’s the kind of guy I think Post-Crisis Supes is, he’d be the one guy writing about who was under the mask of Rorschach and be the one man who cared about Walter Kovacs and would respect the sacrifice. So yes, I think Superman would shake hands with Rorschach because though broken by his world, Rorschach embodied Truth, Justice and the American Way.
Have her and Gal Gadot's wonder woman bang for an hour and you will have the first $4 billion world wide gross at the box office.
How utterly macabre.

Snyder was the right call for Watchmen. The only other guy who could’ve pulled it off would never do it, David Fincher.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think he wouldn't feel compassion. I think he would talk with him. He is the kind that would desire that he be less violent but also understand where he is coming from and that he does not harm the innocent. He wouldn't invite him to the League but he would not judge him harshly either. I think he would take him to a psychiatrist that would try to make him a healthier version of himself.

Agreed but if this is posthumous, I think Clark would still respect Rorschach’s devotion to truth and justice being done. Superman respects men who run the gauntlet and still stand tall and fight for their truth.

Which is why I stand by that Superman would shake hands with the spirit of Rorschach, mourn the death of Walter Kovacs and endevour to help those who are suffering like he did. Superman’s best friend is literally a similar case.

Supes has pretty consistently had respect for those who don’t even have a fraction of his gifts and are still somehow made of sterner stuff.

I can see how the dying act can be redeeming in his eyes. And, again, he would feel sorry for him.

Begun the Cope Wars have...
I keep forgetting Mundanematt ever existed. Did he get fired from his Uber job in Washington state yet for his creepy comments about his sister online and uploading a video of himself talking about the time he beaten up a girl, a ten-year-old brother, when he was a teenager after an Rape accusation by that girl?
